Abstract
一种改进的热转印打印机,可以在纸页的两面上打印,包括第一和第二传送辊、第一和第二导向路径、抛纸路径。在纸的正面被印完后,纸被翻转过来印反面。
Description
本发明涉及热转印打印机,(thermal-transcriptionprinter),具体涉及可以在一页纸的两面进行打印的热转印打印机。
如图1所示,热转印打印机一般由预定驱动源(未示出)转动的打印滚筒11装在打印滚筒11上方的沿一个方向绕卷的色带20、使纸页14在打印滚筒11和色带20之间传送的一对输纸辊13、用于传输并夹压纸页14的导纸辊15和压紧辊16和可上下移动从而压住或松开色带20的记录头10组成。色带20由顺序涂有黄色Y、深红色M、深蓝色C和黑色B颜料的一系列区段组成,如图2所示。
下面说明上述热转印打印机的操作。
首先,输纸辊13将纸页14从供纸盒12输向打印滚筒11。当纸页达到打印位置时,记录头10向下运动并热压色带20。此时仅打印色带20上的第一种颜色(例如黄色)。
完成黄色打印之后,纸页14通过导纸辊15的反转而后退,记录头10向上移动,而且色带20卷动,使得将下一种颜色(例如深红色)置于打印位置。当纸页14再次停在打印位置时,记录头10向下移动并热压色带20,由此将深红色打印在传送的纸14上。
重复上述过程便可以将深蓝色和黑色叠印在纸14上。
在上述常规热转印打印机中,打印仅限于纸的一面。为打印另一面,同一页纸须经再次输送。结果,常规热转印打印机的打印速度慢,对使用者很不方便。
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种可在一页纸的两面进行打印的热转印打印机。
为达到上述目的,提供一种热转印打印机,该打印机包括:打印滚筒,由第一驱动源转动;记录头,定位在打印滚筒上方,具有以预定方式辐射热的装置,该记录头配置成可上下移动,使得热辐射装置可与打印滚接触,色带,在各顺序区段涂有预定颜料,并在记录头和打印滚筒之间传送;第一传送装置,用于在色带和打印滚筒之间侧向传送纸页;第二传送装置,用于在打印滚筒和色带之间侧向传送一面被印完之后被翻转的纸页;抛出纸页的装置。
第一传送装置具有:导纸辊,配置在打印滚筒的一侧,由第二驱动源转动;压紧辊,通过导纸辊摩擦而转动;一对第一传送辊,装在打印滚的另一侧,由第三驱动源转动;输纸路径,用于引导纸页进入导纸辊和压紧辊之间;第一导向路径,从打印滚筒导引纸页;第一传送辊安装在第一导向路径的后面;第二导向路径,其一端通向导纸辊,另一端与第一导向路径相通。
第二传送装置具有:从导纸辊和打印滚筒抛出纸页用的抛纸路径;第二导向路径,其一端与抛纸路径相通,另一端通向导纸辊和压紧辊;一对第二传送辊,安装在第二导向路径中,由第四驱动源转动。
按照本发明的热转印打印机可以在纸的两面进行打印,方法是通过第一、第二导向路径和抛纸路径使纸翻转过来。
下面参照附图详细说明优选实施例,由此可以更加清楚本发明的上述目的和优点,这些附图是:
图1是常规热转印打印机的示意图;
图2是色带的示意图;
图3-10是本发明热转印打印机的操作图解图。
图3示意示出本发明的热转印打印机。编号40表示由第一驱动源(未示出)转动的打印滚筒。记录头30装在打印滚筒40的上方,以便可以上下移动,该记录头30具有热辐射装置(未示出),可以按预定方式辐射热量。记录头30可以下降,以便在热辐射装置和打印滚筒之间形成接触。
如图2所示的色带装在打印滚筒40的上方,可以在记录头30和打印滚筒40之间传送。
还装有使纸页50在色带20和打印滚筒40之间前后移动的第一传送装置和使一面印完后翻转过来的纸页50在打印滚筒40和色带20之间前后移动的第二传送装置。
第一传送装置具有:装有打印滚筒40一(后)侧并由第二驱动源(未示出)转动的导纸辊41;与导纸辊41摩擦而转动的压紧辊42;装在打印滚筒另一(前)侧的并由第三驱动源(未示出)转动的一对第一传送辊53、54;将纸页50导入导纸辊41和压紧辊42之间的输纸路径71;从打印滚筒40导引纸并在其后端具有第一传送辊53和54的第一导向路径73;其一端通向导纸辊41而其另一端与第一导向路径73相通的第二导向路径74。
第二传送装置包括:使纸页50从导纸辊41和打印滚筒40经第一导向路径73和第一传送辊53、54抛出时用的抛纸路径72;第二导向路径74;装在第二导向路径74中的并由第四驱动源(未示出)转动的一对第二传送辊55和56。
输纸路径71、抛纸路径72、第一和第二导向路径73和74由第一至第五导向块81-85形成。
用于检测纸页50两个端缘的第一传感器61安装在导纸辊41附近,仅用于检测纸页50尾端的第二传感器62安装在第一传送辊53和54附近。
编号23表示一个颜色传感器,它用于检测色带20上每种不同颜色的位置。
下面说明如上构成的热转印打印机的操作。
如图3所示,纸页50被输送到装于输纸路径71前部的一对输送辊51和52之间。当第一传感器61检测到纸页50的前沿时,导纸辊41和第一传送辊54反时针转动,因此纸页50沿第一导向路径73和抛纸路径72传送。在纸页50被传送的同时,记录头30仍保持在打印滚筒40的上方,色带20也保持不动。
如图4所示,当第一传感器61检测到纸页50的尾端时,导纸辊41和第一传送辊54停止转动。随后色带20从供带轮22绕卷在卷带轮21上。在色带20绕卷期间,当颜色传感器23检测到黄色Y的前沿时色带的传送停止。随后记录头30下降,热压色带20。
在上述状态下,如图5所示,在导纸辊41和传送辊55顺时针转动时,纸页50后退。此时纸页50在导纸辊41和压紧辊42之间传送,并沿第二导向路径74进入传送辊55和56的中间。
当在纸页50上印完黄色Y时,记录头30抬起,色带20的传送停止,如图6所示。随后导纸辊41和第二传送辊55再反时针转动,因此纸页50顺时针传送。随后纸页50通过第一传送路径73到达抛纸路径72。当第一传感器61再检测到纸页50的尾端时,导纸辊41停止,由此纸页的传送停止。随后色带20卷动,当颜色传感器23检测到深红色M的前沿时,色带的传送停止。
随后以打印黄色的相同方式操作纸页50,由此在纸页上叠印上深红色、深蓝色和黑色。
当纸页50的一面完成打印之后,纸页被送向抛纸路径72,如图7所示。此时,通过第一传送辊53、54和抛纸辊57、58的转动进行纸页50的传送,直到其尾端达到第一传送辊53、54。当第二传感器62检测到纸页50的尾端时,纸的传送停止。
随后如图8所示,通过第一传送辊53、54和第二传送辊55、56的反转,使纸页50顺时针转动。此时,在纸页50穿过第二传送辊55和56、第二导向路径74、导纸辊41和第一导向路长73时,该纸页翻转过来。当第一传感器61检测到纸页50的尾端时,纸页的传送停止。
随后色带20卷动,当颜色传感器23检测到黄色Y的前缘时,色带20的传送停止。然后记录头30下降,热压色带20。随后,在导纸辊41和第二传送辊55顺时针转动的同时,纸页50退回。因此在纸页50的反面上印上黄色Y。
当完成黄色Y的打印时,导纸辊41反时针转动,因此纸页50又被送到如图8所示的初始打印位置。
然后传送色带20,当颜色传感器23检测到深红色M的前沿时,色带20的传送停止。随后记录头30下降并热压色带20。
在上述状态下,如图9所示,纸页50以打印黄色的同样方式被传送并印上深红色M,叠印在纸页上。然后依照上述顺序在纸页50上分别打印上深蓝色C和黑色B。
在打印完纸页50的后面之后,如图10所示,驱动第一传送辊53、54和抛纸辊57、58,抛出纸页。
如上所述,按照本发明的热转印打印机可以在一页纸的两面上进行打印。
Claims (7)
1.一种热转印打印机,包括:
由第一驱动原转动的打印滚筒;
记录头,定位在上述打印滚筒上方,具有以预定方式辐射热量的装置,并安装成可上下移动,使得上述热辐射装置可与上述打印滚筒接触;
色带,具有顺序涂有预定颜料的区段,在上述记录头和上述打印滚筒之间传送;
用于使上述纸页在上述色带和上述打印滚筒之间侧向传送的第一传送装置;
用于使一面印完后翻转过来的上述纸页在上述打印滚筒和上述色带之间侧向传送的第二传送装置;
抛出上述纸页的装置。
2.如权利要求1所述的热转印打印机,其特征在于,上述第一传送装置包括:
导纸辊,配置在上述打印滚筒的一侧,由第二驱动源转动;
与上述导纸辊摩擦而转动的压紧辊;
一对第一传送辊,装在上述打印滚筒的另一侧,由第三驱动源转动;
输纸路径,用于引导上述纸页进入上述导纸辊和上述压紧辊之间;
第一导向路径,用于从上述打印滚筒引导上述纸页,上述第一传送辊装在该第一导向路径的后面;
第二导向路径,其一端通向上述导纸辊,而另一端与第一导向路径相通。
3.如权利要求1所述的热转印打印机,其特征在于,上述第二传送装置包括:
从上述导纸辊和上述打印滚筒抛出上述纸页时用的抛纸路径;
第二导向路径,其一端与上述抛纸路径连通,而其另一端通向上述导纸辊和上述压紧辊;
一对第二传送辊,装在上述第二导向路径中,由第四驱动源转动。
4.如权利要求2所述的热转印打印机,其特征在于,上述第二传送装置包括:
从上述导纸辊和上述打印滚筒抛出上述纸页时用的抛纸路径;
一对第二传送辊,装在上述第二导向路径中,由第四驱动源转动。
5.如权利要求2所述的热转印打印机,还包括:
第一传感器,装在上述导纸辊的前方,用于检测上述纸页的两端;
第二传感器,装在上述第一传送辊的前方,用于检测上述纸页尾端。
6.如权利要求3所述的热转印打印机,其特征在于,它还包括:
第一传感器,装在上述导纸辊的前方,用于检测上述纸页的两端;
第二传感器,装在上述第一传送辊的前方,用于检测上述纸页的尾端。
7.如权利要求4所述的热转印打印机,其特征在于,它还包括:
第一传感器,装在上述导纸辊的前方,用于检测上述纸页的两端;
第二传感器,装在上述第一传送辊的前方,用于检测上述纸页的尾端。
