Abstract
본 발명은 분자량 분포가 좁은 액체 형태의 탈중합화된 천연 고무를 높은 반응 효율로 수득하는 탈중합화된 천연 고무의 제조 방법: 및 천연 고무 특유의 냄새 또는 착색이 없고 단백질로부터 유래된 즉시형 알레르기의 위험이 없는 탈중합화된 천연 고무의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 방법은 카보닐 화합물을 천연 고무 라텍스에 첨가하고 생성되는 천연 고무를 라디칼 형성제의 존재하에서 공기 산화시키는 단계, 또는 카보닐 화합물을 탈단백질화된 천연 고무에 첨가하고 탈단백질화된 천연 고무를 라디칼 형성제의 존재 또는 부재하에서 공기 산화시키는 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (5)
- 카보닐 화합물을 천연 고무 라텍스에 첨가하고 생성되는 천연 고무를 라디칼 형성제의 존재하에서 공기 산화시키는 단계를 포함하여, 탈중합화된 천연 고무를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 라디칼 형성제가 퍼옥사이드계 라디칼 형성제, 산화환원제 라디칼 형성제 및 아조계 라디칼 형성제중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 카보닐 화합물을 탈단백질화된 천연 고무의 라텍스에 첨가하고 생성되는 탈단백질화된 천연 고무를 공기 산화시키는 단계를 포함하여, 탈중합화된 천연 고무를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 탈중합화된 천연 고무의 산화를 라디칼 형성제의 존재하에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탈단백질화된 천연 고무의 질소 함량이 0.1중량% 이하인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
