Abstract
본 발명은 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제조방법은 팔라듐 및 백금을 함유하는 금속입자를 갖는 담체입자로 구성된 활성 촉매의 존재하에 산매체에서 질산 이온의 촉매적 환원을 통해 히드로암모늄 염을 제조하며, 각 금속입자에서 팔라듐 및 백금의 상대적 농도는 거의 같으며, 특히 각 금속입자의 백금 농도는 팔라듐 농도에 비해 절대 4% 이하의 표준편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (8)
- 필라듐 및 백금을 함유하는 금속입자를 갖는 담입자로 구성된 활성 촉매 존재하에 산매체에서 질산 이온의 촉매적 환원을 통한 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법에 있어서, 각 금속입자에서 팔라듐 및 백금의 상대적 농도는 실질적으로 같고, 각 금속입자의 백금 농도는 절대 4%이하의 표준편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 금속입자에서 백금 농도는 절대 3.5% 이하의 표준편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 각 금속입자에서 백금 농도는 절대 3% 이하의 표준편차를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 각 금속입자에서 팔라듐 : 백금 비율은 7:3 내지 9.9:0.1 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 담체 물질은 활성탄소, 흑연 또는 실리카로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 담체의 입자 크기는 0.1㎛ 내지 50㎛사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 Cu, Ag, Au, Cd, Ga, In, Tl, Ge, Sn, Pb, As, Sn, 및 Bi로 구성된 그룹으로부터 한개 이상의 원소의 존재에 의해 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 히드로암모늄 염의 제조방법.
