Abstract

본 발명은 활성탄상에 백금을 함유하는 황화 촉매에 관한 것이다. 백금 함유 힘침 용액이 산화제를 함유하는 경우, 동일한 선택성을 보유하면서 촉매 활성은 크게 향상될 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 백금 화합물이 수용액이 산화제를 함유하며, 활성탄의 평균 입자 직경이 10 내지 40㎛이고, 비표면적이 500m2/g이상이며, 총 기공 용적인 0.5ml/g이상이고, 잔류 회분 함량이 5중량%이하이며 pH가 5이상임을 특징으로 하는, 백금 화합물의 수용액과 활성탄의 수성 현탄액을 혼합하고, 혼합물을 70 내지 100℃로 가열하고, 염기를 사용하여 백금 화합물을 침전시키고, 거의 용해되지 않는 백금 화합물을 동일한 일정 온도에서 환원제로 환원시키고, 수득한 촉매를 여과, 세척하고, 촉매를 황화제로 처리하고, 다시 처리함으로써 수득될 수 있는, 백금 함량이 0.1 내지 5.0중량%이고 황 함량이 백금 1몰당 0.1 내지 2몰인, 활성탄상에 백금을 함유하는 황화 촉매.
  2. 백금 화합물의 수용액이 산화제를 함유하며, 활성탄의 평균 입자 직경이 10 내지 40㎛이고, 비표면적이 500m2/g이상이며, 총 기공 용적이 0.5ml/g이상이고, 잔류 회분 함량이 5중량%이하이며 pH가 5이상임을 특징으로 하여, 백금 화합물의 수용액과 활성탄의 수성 현탄액을 혼합하고, 혼합물을 70 내지 100℃로 가열하고, 염기를 사용하여 백금 화합물을 침전시켜 거의 용해되지 않는 백금 화합물을 동일한 일정 온도에서 환원제로 환원시키고, 수득한 촉매를 여과, 세척하고, 촉매를 황화제로 처리하고, 다시 세척함으로써 제1항에 따르는 활성탄상에 백금을 함유하는 황화촉매를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 백금 1몰당 0.1 내지 10.0몰, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 5.0몰의 과산화수소가 산화제로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
