Claims (10)
- α-알루미나 지지제에 지지된 은으로 구성되고, 촉매를 20℃에서 유전상수가 많아야 8인 용매내의 리튬, 루비듐 및/또는 칼륨화합물의 용액 또는 콜로이드성 용액과 접촉시켜, 리튬, 나트륨, 루비듐 및/또는 칼륨에서 설택된 알칼리 금속이 1부는 화학적으로 흡수되고 3부는 물리적으로 용착되는 비율로 촉매에 주입하는 것으로 구성된, 당해 알켄을 산소와 반응시킨 알킬렌 산화물 제조용 촉매의 성능을 촉진시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 칼륨인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매의 유전 상수가 20℃에서 많아야 5인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 용매가 알칼리 금속 화합물의 용해도를 돕는 하나 이상의 탄화수소 및 -OH기당 C5~20을 가지는 적은 양의 알콜, 폴리에테르 또는 산으로 구성되는 방법.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속 화합물이 -COOH기당 C5~20을 가지는 카복실산의 염인 방법.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전체 촉매의 킬로그램당 0.001~0.03 그램당량의 알칼리 금속이 화학적으로 흡수되고 주입된 알칼리 금속이 물리적으로 용착된 것보다 더 많이 화학적으로 흡수되는 방법.
- 전술한 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉진된 촉매가 0.05~10m2/g의 표면적, 수은 흡수 방법에 의해 측정된 것처럼 최소한 20%의 분명한 다공성 및 0.1~20미크론의 미세한 다공지름을 가지고, 실질상 유기 물질에서 유리된 지지제에 의해 지지된 중량의 5~15%의 은으로 구성되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉진된 촉매를 제1항에 따른 알칼리 금속의 주입전에 물로 세척 및/또는 산소 분자로 산화시키는 방법.
- 반응 조절제 및 전술한 어느 한 항의 방법으로 촉진시킨 촉매를 포함하는 염소의 존재하에 에틸렌을 산소로 산화시켜 산화에틸렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 물질이 기체상에 존재하는데 기체상이 NO, NO2또는 N2O4에서 선택된 질소 산화물이거나 반응조건하에서 그런 질소 산화물로 산화되는 것 또는 반응 조건하에서 촉매에 질산 및/또는 아질산 이온을 주입할 수 있는 것인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
