Claims (22)
- 에틸렌을 분자상 산소에 의하여 접촉기상 산화하여 에틸렌옥사이드를 제조하는데 사용되는 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 외표면과 세공 내벽면에 미세 은 입자를 분산 및 부착 시켜서된 은 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서, 은과 알카리 금속 및 알카리 금속 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 조촉매를 인터록스 세들 또는 베를 세들의 형상을 갖는 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 담지시키고 최종적으로 함유 산소농도가 3용량% 이하의 불활성가스중에 550∼950℃의 범위에서 고온가열처리함을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌옥사이드 제조용 은 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 비 표면적이 0.01∼10㎡/g인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 외관의 체적에 대한 외관의 표면적의 비가 0.1∼10mm-1인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 외관의 기공율이 20∼80%인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매에 대한 은이 담지량이 5∼30중량%인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 조촉매의 양은 완성 촉매 1kg당 0.001∼0.05g 당량인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 다공질 무기 내화성 담체의 비표면적이 0.1∼5㎡/g인 방법.

- 제 12 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기 내화성 담체는 비기공 용적 0.06∼1.0㏄/g, 외주의 길이(A) 3∼70mm, 내주의 길이(C) 1.5∼68mm, 두께(W) 0.1∼4mm, 외경(D) 0.5∼20mm와 길이(E) 0.5∼65mm을 갖고서된 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알카리 금속이 칼륨, 루비듐 및 세슘으로 구성되어 있는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 것인 방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 알카리 금속서 세슘인 방법.
- 에틸렌을 분자상 산소에 의하여 접촉기상 산화하여서 에틸렌옥사이드를 제조함에 있어 사용되는 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 외표면과 세공 내벽면에 미세 은 입자를 분산 및 부착 시켜서 된 은 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서, 인터록스세들 또는 베를 세들의 형상을 갖는 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체에 환원성 화합물을 함유한 은 화합물 용액을 함침하고, 가열 환원시켜서 담체 외표면과 세공 내염에 금속은을 분산 담지 시킨후, 물과 저급알콜로써된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 액체의 의하여 세정하고, 건조후 다시 이에 알카리 금속과 알카리 금속 화합물 함유 용액으로써된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 것을 함침 시키고, 액성분을 증발 건조시켜서 됨을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌 옥사이드 제조용 은 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 비표면적이 0.01∼10㎡/g인 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 외관의 체적에 대한 외관의 표면적의 비가 0.1∼10mm-1인 방법.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 다공성 무기질 내화성 담체의 외관의 기공율이 20∼80%인 방법.
