Abstract

통내 직접 분사식 실린더 헤드에 있어서의 냉각수 통로의 구조의 개량을 도모하여, 실린더 헤드의 주조 품질의 향상을 도모하는 동시에, 내노킹성의 악화, 기관 출력의 저하를 방지한다.
사중자에 의해 형성되는 냉각수 통로부(1d)를 흡기포트(1a) 하부를 피하여 설치하고, 흡기포트(1a) 하부에는, 독립한 오목부 공간(3)을 형성하여, 시중자(4)에 의해 형성되는 냉각수 통로부(1d)와, 독립한 흡기포트(1a)부의 오목부 공간(3)을 드릴등의 절삭 공구로서 절삭 가공하여 설치한 각 연결통로(1e)로써 연결시키고, 다기통의 냉각수 통로를 형성하도록 하여, 충분한 냉각수 통로가 형성할 수 있도록 하여, 냉각수 통로 형성용의 사중자의 파손의 발생을 방지하여, 실린더 헤드의 주조품질을 높이는 동시에, 냉각수 통로의 용적이 삭감되는 일도 없으며, 내노킹성의 향상을 도모하고, 기관 출력의 향상을 도모하도록 하였다.

Claims (6)

  1. 주조할 때에, 그 냉각수 통로의 일부를 사중자를 사용하여 형성하도록 한 불꽃 점화기관용 실린더 헤드에 있어서, 1개의 실린더에 대하여 각 2개의 흡기밸브와 배기밸브를 설치하고 또한 실린더 중앙부에 점화 플러그를 배치하는 동시에, 흡기포트의 밑이라든지에 통내 직접 분사밸브를 배치하는 한편, 상기 사중자를 이용하여 형성하는 냉각수 통로의 일부를 상기 흡기포트 하부를 피하여 설치하여, 해당 흡기포트 하부에는, 독립하는 오목부 공간을 형성하여, 상기 사중자를 사용하여 형성하는 냉각수 통로의 일부와 상기 오목부 공간을 기계가 공에 의해 관통 형성한 연통 구멍으로 연결하여 다기통의 냉각수 통로 전체를 형성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃 점화기관용 실린더 헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 점화 플러그와 통내 직접 분사 밸브의 설치위치를 대신하여, 실린더 중앙부에 통내 직접 분사밸브를 배치하는 동시에, 흡기포트의 하부에 점화 플러그를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃 점화기관용 실린더 헤드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 오목부 공간을 기계 가공에 의해 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃 점화 기관용 실린더 헤드.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부 공간을 연소실측의 주조 금형에 설치한 볼록부로써 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃 점화기관용 실린더 헤드.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부 공간을 흡기포트, 통내 직접 분사밸브 혹은 점화 플러그용 보스형상에 따라서 크게 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃 점화기관용 실린더 헤드.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 사중자를 사용하여 형성하는 냉각수 통로의 일부와 상기 오목부 공간의 일부를 실린더 헤더 하면에 대하여 겹치도록 형성하여, 실린더 헤드하면과 수직인 방향으로 가공 방향을 설정한 기계가공구로서 연통 구멍을 가공하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 불꽃 점화기관용 실린더 헤드.
