Abstract

글래스를 적재시키기 위한 슬롯이 형성되어 있는 사이드 플레이트(21)와, 밑판(22) 및 윗판(23)과, 적재되어 있는 글래스가 뒤로 흘러나오지 않도록 하기 위한 스톱퍼(24)와, 작업자가 카세트를 쉽게 운반할 수 있도록 하기 위한 손잡이(26)와, 글래스가 앞으로 쏟아져 나오지 않도록 하기 위한 블록커(28)와, 글래스가 휘어지지 않도록 받쳐주기 위한 서포팅 바(27)를 포함하여 구성되며, 카세트의 이동도중에 적재되어 있는 글래스가 앞으로 쏟아지지 않도록 하고, 또한 적재되어 있는 글래스가 휘어지지 않도록 함과 동시에 카세트 및 글래스에서 발생된 정전기가 접지를 통하여 방전될 수 있도록 하는 효과를 가진 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트에 관한 것.

제6도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트의 사시도이고,
제7도는 이 발명의 실시예에 다른 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트의 정면도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 글래스를 적재시키기 위한 슬롯이 형성되어 있는 사이드 플레이트(side plate)와, 밑판 및 윗판과, 적재되어 있는 글래스가 뒤로 흘러나오지 않도록 하기 위한 스톱퍼(stopper)와, 작업자가 카세트를 쉽게 운반할 수 있도록 하기 위한 손잡이(handle)와, 상기 글래스가 휘어지지 않도록 받쳐주기 위한 서포팅 바(supporting bar)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 글래스가 진동 또는 이동시의 회전에 상기한 글래스가 이탈하는 것을 방지하기 위한 블록키(blocker)를 더 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 밑판 및 윗판과, 사이드 플레이트와, 서포팅 바가 금속 도전체 또는 도전성 물질로 연결됨으로써 되어 공통 접지인 밑판을 통하여 정전기가 방전되는 구조로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기한 금속 도전체는 알루미늄으로 이루어지며 상기한 금속 도전체의 표면 저항율을 103∼107Ω/㎡로 유지하기 위해 상기한 금속 도전체는 코팅되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 코팅은 도전성 수지(PEI)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  6. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 서포팅 바와 상기한 글래스가 접촉하는 접촉부는 대전 방지체로 이루어짐으로써 정전기의 발생을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 대전 방지체는 PEEK NATURAL인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  8. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 밑판 및 윗판과, 사이드 플레이트와, 서포팅 바가 금속 도전체와 도전성 수지로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  9. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 블록커는 볼트를 이용하여 사이드 플레이트와 탈착이 가능하도록 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 서포팅 바는 상기한 사이드 플레이터에 연결되어 있으며 지그형태로 이루어짐으로써 글래스가 휘어지는 것을 방지하기 위해 글래스를 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치 글래스 적재용 카세트.
