Abstract
하기 필요조건들 중에서 필요조건⒜, ⒝ 및 ⒞를 충족시키는 폴리아미드, 필요조건⒝, ⒞ 및 ⒟를 충족시키는 폴리아미드, 및 필요조건⒜, ⒝, ⒞ 및 ⒟를 충족시키는 폴리아미드는 투명성, 등방성 및 균열저항성(다중층 필름 형성 시의 균열이 일어나지 않아 다중층 필름 형성이 수월하고, 즉 폴리아미드의 처리가능성이 좋음)이 우수하고 하기 광학 특성에 있어서 우수한 광학부품을 수득할 수 있다. ⒜ TE모드와 TM모드간의 굴절율차가 0.02 이하이고, ⒝ 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 250℃ 이상이며, ⒞ 0.7 내지 1.6㎛의 파장에서 광투과 손실이 1dB/㎝ 이하이며, ⒟ 불소 함량이 0 내지 22.6중량%이다.

제1도는 프리즘이 있는 광투과 손실 측정용 기판의 단면도이다, 제2A 내지 2F는 광학매트릭스 스위치 및 변조기의 기본형을 나타내는 단면도이다, 제3A 내지 3F는 활성 광학도파관을 형성하는 방법을 나타내는 단면도이다, 제4A 내지 4F는 광학도파관을 형성하는 방법을 보여주는 단면도이다, 제5도는 광학도파관의 광손실을 측정하기 위한 장치의 단면도이다.
Claims (9)
- 하기를 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드: ⒜ TE모드와 TM모드간의 굴절율차가 0.02 이하이고, ⒝ 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 250℃ 이상이며, ⒞ 0.7 내지 1.6㎛의 파장에서 광투과 손실이 1dB/㎝ 이하이다.
- 하기를 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드: ⒝ 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 250℃ 이상이고, ⒞ 0.7 내지 1.6㎛의 파장에서 광투과 손실이 1dB/㎝ 이하이며, ⒟ 불소 함량이 0 내지 22.6중량%이다.
- 하기를 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드: ⒜ TE모드와 TM모드간의 굴절율차가 0.02 이하이고, ⒝ 유리 전이 온도(Tg)가 250℃ 이상이며, ⒞ 0.7 내지 1.6㎛의 파장에서 광투과 손실이 1dB/㎝ 이하이며, ⒟ 불소 함량이 0 내지 22.6중량%이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 하기 식(Ⅰ)으로 나타내는 반복 단위를 함유하는 폴리이미드:〔여기서, R1은 4가 방향족 기이고; R2는 하기 식(Ⅱ) 또는 식(Ⅲ)의 기를 나타낸다:(여기서, X는 단일 결합이고, O, S, SO2, CH2, CO, CONHC(CH3)2또는 N(C6H5)이고; 및 Y1내지 Y12는 각기 H, CH3, CN 또는 NO2이다)〕.
- 전환 후에 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리아미드를 형성하는 폴리(아미드산) 및 용매를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학부품용 물질.
- 두층 중 하나의 층이 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리아미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중심층 및 외층을 포함하는 광학도파관.
- 광학작용 또는 광학기능을 수행할 수 있는 부분에 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리아미드를 사용하여 수득되는 광학부품.
- 제6항의 광학도파관을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학부품.
- 중심층 및/또는 광학도파관의 외층으로서 사용되는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 폴리이미드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
