Abstract

식물조직원료를 열수로 추출하고, 불용물을 여별하며, 그 여액을 글루코아 미라제로 처리하여 전분을 분해하여 수용성 다당체를 얻는 과정과, 고지곰팡이파(Aspergillaceae)의 Asp Oryzae, 담자균류(Basidiomycetes)의 Lentinus edodes를 배양한 배양여액에 유산암모니움을 가해 그 침전물로부터 효소의 복합체를 얻는 과정 및, 상기 수용성 다당체와 상기 효소의 복합체를 가해 pH4.5에서 30∼60분 반응시키는 것에 의해 상기 다당체에 생물학적 수식을 주는 면역력증강물질의 제조방법.

Claims (2)

1) 식물조직원료를 열수로 추출하고, 불용물을 여별하며, 그 여액을 글루코아미라제로 처리하여 전분을 분해하여 수용성다당체를 얻는 과정과, 2) 고지곰팡이과(Aspergillaceae)의 Asp Oryzae, 담자균류(Basidiomycetes)의 Lentinus edodes을 배양한 배양여액에 유산암모니움을 가해 그 침전물로부터 효소의 복합체를 얻는 과정 및, 3) 상기 1)에서 얻어진 수용성다당체와 상기 2)에서 얻어진 효소의 복합체를 가해 pH4.5에서 30-60분 반응시키고, 또한 pH6.0에서 30-60분 반응시키는 것에 의해 1)에서 얻어진 다당체에 생물학적 수식을 주는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역력증강물질을 생성하는 방법.
