Abstract

본 발명은 SiO245 내지 65%, Al2O30 내지 20%, B2O30 내지 5%, Na2O 4 내지 12%, K2O 3.5 내지 12%, MgO 0 내지 8%, CaO 0 내지 13% 및 ZrO20 내지 20%의 중량 비율로 제공되는 성분을 포함하는 매트릭스를 갖고, 산화물인, SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 합이 70% 이하이고, 상기 조성물에 11% MgO+CaO+BaO+SrO 24%의 비율로 산화물인 BaO 및/또는 SrO를 임의로 혼입시키고, 알칼리성 산화물이 0.22 Na2O/Na2O+K2O 0.60의 중량 비율로 도입되고, 표면 이온 교환에 의해 강화된 데이타 저장 단위에서 지지체로서 사용하기 위한 유리 기판에 관한 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. SiO245 내지 65%, Al2O30 내지 20%, B2O30 내지 5%, Na2O 4 내지 12%, K2O 3.5 내지 12%, MgO 0 내지 8%, CaO 0 내지 13% 및 ZrO20 내지 20%의 중량 비율로 제공되는 성분을 포함하는 매트릭스를 갖고, 산화물인, SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 합이 70% 이하이고, 상기 조성물에 11% MgO+CaO+BaO+SrO 24%의 비율로 산화물인 BaO 및/또는 SrO를 임의로 혼입시키고, 알칼리성 산화물이 0.22 Na2O/Na2O+K2O 0.60의 중량 비율로 도입되고, 표면 이온 교환에 의해 강화된 데이타 저장 단위에서 지지체로서 사용하기 위한 유리 기판.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 SiO245 내지 65%, Al2O30 내지 20%, B2O30 내지 5%, Na2O 4 내지 12%, K2O 3.5 내지 12%, MgO 0 내지 8% CaO 0 내지 8% 및 ZrO20 내지 6%의 중량 비율로 제공되는 성분을 포함하고, 산화물인 SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 합이 70% 이하이고, 상기 조성물에 11% MgO+CaO+BaO+SrO 24%의 비율로 산화물인 BaO 및/또는 SrO를 임의로 혼입시키고, 알칼리성 산화물이 0.22 Na2O/Na2O+K2O 0.60의 중량 비율로 도입되는 유리 기판.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Al2O3의 중량 함량이 10% 이상인 기판.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ZrO2의 중량 함량이 5% 미만인 기판.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, CaO의 중량 함량이 3% 미만인 기판.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, B2O3의 중량 함량이 3% 미만인 기판.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 SiO245 내지 60%, Al2O310 내지 20%, B2O30 내지 3%, Na2O 4 내지 12%, K2O 4 내지 12%, MgO 0 내지 8%, CaO 0 내지 8% 및 ZrO20 내지 5%의 중량 비율로 제공되는 성분을 포함하고, 산화물인 SiO2, Al2O3및 ZrO2의 합이 70% 이하이고, 상기 조성물에 14% CaO+MgO+BaO+SrO 22%의 비율로 산화물인 B2O 및/또는 SrO를 임의로 혼입시키고, 알칼리성 산화물이 0.22 Na2O/NA2O+K2O 0.60의 중량 비율로 도입되는 기판.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 SiO253.6%, Al2O310.0%, B2O32.2%, Na2O 5.2%, K2O 6.2%, MgO 4.2%, CaO 6.8%, SrO 7.0%, BaO 2.8% 및 ZrO22.0%의 중량 비율로 제공되는 성분을 포함하는 기판.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 매트릭스가 SiO245 내지 63%, ZrO26.5 내지 20%, Al2O30 내지 18%, Na2O 4 내지 12%, K2O 3.5 내지 7%, CaO 1 내지 13% 및 MgO 1 내지 8%의 중량 비율로 제공되는 성분을 포함하고, 산화물인 SiO2, Al2O3, 및 ZrO2의 합이 70% 이하이고, 상기 조성물에 11% MgO+CaO+BaO+SrO 24%의 비율로 산화물인 BaO 및/또는 SrO를 임의로 혼입시키고, 알칼리성 산화물이 0.22 Na2O/Na2O+K2O 0.60의 중량 비율로 도입되는 기판.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이온 교환이 화학적 템퍼링에 의해 수행되는 기판.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 화학적 템퍼링이 400 내지 520℃의 온도에서 24시간 미만 동안 KNo2욕 중에서 수행되는 기판.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 화학적 템퍼링을 전장 또는 초음파와 같은 외부 요인에 의해 활성화시킬 수 있는 기판.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부유공정에 이어 절단, 드릴링 및 가공에 의해 수득되는 기판.
  14. 제1항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용융예비 성형물 프레싱에 의해 드릴링 및 가공에 의해 수득되는 기판.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조도가 30Å 미만의 Ra에 상응하도록 하는 방법으로 연마하는 기판.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 마무리 연마하여 조도가 10Å 미만에 Ra에 상응하도록 하는 기판.
  17. 경질 자기 디스크에서 지지체로서의 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 기판의 온도.
