Abstract

피조립물을 전동 교반하기 위한 교반 수단, 결합액을 분무하기 위한 스프레이 수단, 조립 입자를 해쇄하기 위한 해쇄 수단 및 조립 입자를 건조하기 위한 건조 수단을 구비한 고속 교반 조립기를 사용한 조립물의 제조방법에 있어서, 그 피조립물에 상기 수단을 동시에 작동시켜, 교반, 조립, 해쇄 및 건조 동작을 동시에 실시하면서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 교반 조립법 및 이것을 자동적으로 실시하기 위한 장치이다. 본 발명의 고속 교반 조립법에 의하면, 성분 함량이 극히 균일하고 더욱이 유동성 및 압축 성형성이 우수한 입상물이 수득된다. 또, 조립중의 조립 입자의 부착등에 의한 괴상물이 발생하기 어렵고, 안정된 품질적인 입상물이 제공된다. 본 발명의 방법에 의해 수득된 입상물을 사용하여 제조된 정제는, 유효 성분의 함량, 색조 등에서 극히 균질이고, 더욱이 우수한 기계적 강도를 갖는다.

Claims (3)

  1. 피조립물을 전동 교반하기 위한 교반 수단, 결합액을 분무하기 위한 스프레이 수단, 조립 입자를 해쇄하기 위한 해쇄 수단 및 조립 입자를 건조하기 위한 건조 수단을 구비한 고속 교반 조립기를 사용한 입상물의제조법에 있어서, 그 피조립물에 상기 각 수단을 동시에 작동시켜, 교반, 조립, 해쇄 및 건조 동작을 동시에 실시하면서 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 교반 조립법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 수단의 일부 또는 전부를 간헐적으로 작동시킴을 특징으로 하는 고속 교반 조립법.
  3. 피조립물을 전동 교반하기 위한 교반 수단, 결합액을 분무하기 위한 스프레이 수단, 조립 입자를 해쇄하기 위한 해쇄 수단 및 조립 입자를 건조하기 위한 건조 수단을 구비한 고속 교반 조립기에 있어서, 상기 각 수단을 동시에 작동시켜, 교반, 조립, 해쇄 및 건조 동작을 동시에 실시하기 위한 자동제어수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고속 교반 조립기.
