Abstract
본 발명은 영구 부식 방지 코팅 처리전, 특히 아연을 함유하는 산 인산 처리조에서의 인산 처리, 크롬 처리 또는 비크롬 처리전의 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 표면을 전처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
이 방법은 표면을 각각 또는 그의 혼합물로서 플루오라이드 음이온의 농도 100∼4000mg/l인 붕소, 규소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄의 불소화 착물을 함유하고, pH 0.3∼3.5인 수성 처리 용액을 접촉시킴을 특징으로 한다. 전처리 후, 알루미늄 또는 알루미늄 합금 부품을, 필요하다면 성형후, 강 및/또는 아연 도금 및/또는 아연-합금 도금 및/또는 알루미늄 도금 및/또는 알루미늄-합금 도금 강으로 제조된 부품에 또는 서로간에 접착성 결합 및/또는 용접에 의해 결합시길 수도 있다.

Claims (11)
- 제2, 영구 부식 방지 가공 처리, 바람직하게는 크롬 처리, 반응성 유기 중합체 및/또는 티타늄, 지르코늄, 및/또는 하프늄의 화합물과의 비크롬 가공 처리, 또는 산성 아연 함유 인산 처리조를 사용한 인산 처리진의 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면의 전처리 방법에 있어서, 각각 또는 그의 혼합물로서 플루오로 음이온의 농도100∼1000mg/l, 바람직하게는 200∼2000Mg/l인 붕소, 규소, 티타늄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄 원소의 플루오라이드 착물을 함유하고, pH치 0.3∼3.5, 바람직하게는 1∼3인 산성 처리 수용액을 표면에 접촉시킴을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 처리 용액이 추가로 500mg/l 이하, 바람직하게는 200mg/1 이하인 폴리아크릴레이트 및/또는 폴리(비닐폐놀)과 알데히드 및 유기 히드록시 작용성 아민의 반응 생성물의 군으로부터의 중합체를 함유하고, 단, 처리 용액내에 지르코늄이 존재하는 경우, 폴리(비닐페놀)과 알데히드 및 유기 히드록시 작용성아민의 반응 생성물의 농도가 100mg/l 이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 처리 용액이 추가로 500mg/l 이하의 유리 플루오라이드 이온을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리 용액이 추가로 500mg/l 이하의 폴리히드록시카르복실산 또는 그의 음이온, 보다 구체적으로는 글루코네이트 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리 용액이 추가로 50g/l 이하, 바람직하게는 1∼30g/l의 술페이트 이온을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 처리 용액이 15∼60℃이고, 이를 분무, 침지 또는 비헹굼법에 의해 알루미늄 표면에 도모시키는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 알루미늄 표면을 처리후 40∼85℃에서 건조시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금 부품을 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면의 전처리 및 영구 부식 방지 가공 처리-보다 구체적으로는 산성 아연 함유 인산 처리조, 크롬 처리 또는 비크롬 가공 처리 사이의 형성 및/또는 기계화시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금 부품을 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면의 전처리 및 영구 부식 방지 가공 처리-보다 구체적으로는 산성 아연 함유 인산 처리조를 사용한 인산처리, 크롬 처리 또는 비크름 가공 처리 사이의 형성 및/또는 용접에 의해, 보다 구체적으로는 절연성 용접에 의해 강 및/또는 갈바니화 강 및/또는 합금-갈바니화 강 및/또는 알루미늄화 강 및/또는 합금-알루미늄화강의 부품에 결합시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 세척 단계 및 물 및/또는 활성화 또는 부등화 헹굼조를 사용한 헹굼을 알루미늄 또는 그의 합금의 표면의 전처리 및 영구 부식 방지 가공 처리-보다 구체적으로는 산성아연 함유 인산 처리조를 사용한 인산 처리, 크롬 처리 또는 비크름 가공 처리 사이에 수행하는 방법.
- 물로 0.5∼10용량%로 희석시켜 제1항 내지 제5항에 정의된 방법의 처리용액을 제조하기 위한 수성 농축물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
