Abstract
광 디스크 기록 시스템은 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 기록된 데이타를 매체 상의 기록과 동시에 근본적으로 검증하는 것에 관한 것이다. 기록된 데이타는 매체상에 조사된 광의 타이밍을 검출하고, 매체 상에 조사된 광의 상승 및 하강시에 복귀된 광 도우즈를 측정하며, 이를 선정된 기준값과 비교하므로써 검증된다. 사용된 매체는 데이타 기록막 상에 데이타를 기록/판독/소거하기 위해 결정 상태와 비정질 상태 사이에서 전환가능한 위상 전이를 이용하고, 투명 기판(121) 상에 순서대로 형성된 제1보호막(122), 위상 전이형 데이타 기록막(123), 제2보호막(124), 및 반사막(125)를 포함한다. 제1보호막의 두께는 결정 상태, 비정질 상태 및 용융상태에서 각각 데이타 기록막의 3개의 반사율 중에서, 결정 상태에서의 반사율 및 용융 상태에서의 반사율이 서로 다르게 되고, 비정질 상태에서의 반사율 및 용융 상태에서의 반사율이 서로 다르게 되도록 설정된다. 고속 기록 동작은 실행되고 겹쳐쓰기 동작은 1번의 디스크 회전으로 완료될 수 있다.

- 선정된 데이타가 광 데이타 기록 매체(5) 상에 기록되고 이 기록된 데이타가 검증되는 광 디스크 기록 시스템에 있어서, 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 단일 광 스폿을 형성하는 광 스폿 조사 수단(1,2,4,6); 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체로부터의 상기 광 스폿 중 복귀된 광의 도우즈(dose)를 측정하는 복귀된 광 도우즈 측정수단(15,16,17,18); 및 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 조사된 광의 상승 및 하강 타이밍을 검출하는 조사 광 타이밍 검출 수단(8,10,11)을 포함하고, 상기 기록된 데이타는 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 조사된 상기 광의 상기 상승 및 하강 타이밍에서 복귀된 광 도우즈를 측정하므로써 검증되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 기록 시스템

- 광 디스크 상에 데이타를 기록하는 방법에 있어서, 단일 광 스폿을 형성하여 이를 광 데이타 기록 매체(5) 상에 조사시키는 단계; 상기 단일 광 스폿을 사용하여, 선정된 데이타를 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 기록하는 단계; 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체로부터 상기 단일 광 스폿 중 복귀된 광의 도우즈를 측정하는 단계: 및 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 상기 선정된 데이타의 기록과 동시에 기록된 데이타를 검증하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 검증 단계는 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 조사된 광의 상승 및 하강 타이밍을 검출하는 단계를 포함하며, 이 검증은 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 조사된 상기 광의 상기 상승 및 하강 타이밍에서 복귀된 광 도우즈를 측정하고 이 측정된 도우즈를 선정된 기준 값과 비교하므로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 디스크 상에 데이타를 기록하는 방법.

- 데이타 기록막 상에 데이타를 기록/판독/소거하기 위해 결정 상태와 비정질 상태 사이에서 전환가능한 위상 전이를 이용하며, 결정 상태, 비정질 상태 및 용융 상태 각각에서 상기 데이타 기록막의 3개의 반사율들중, 상기 결정 상태에서의 반사율과 상기 용융 상태에서의 반사율이 서로 다르게 주어지고, 상기 비정질 상태에서의 반사율과 상기 용융 상태에서의 반사율이 서로 다르게 주어지는, 기록과 동시에 광 데이타 기록 매체를 검증하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체 상에 형성된 데이타 기록막이 광 조사에 의해 데이타 기록중에 용융 상태로 변할때 상기 광 데이타 기록 매체로부터 반사된 광을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광 데이타 기록 매체 검증 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
