Abstract
본 발명은 기재 시트, 적어도 1개의 외층 및 임의로 적어도 1개의 추가 보호층을 함유하는 UV-보호, 다층 폴리카르보네이트 시트, 및 동시 압출에 의한 본 발명에 따른 폴리카르보네이트 시트의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)
- UV 흡수제가 전혀 없거나 또는 UV 흡수제를 1중량% 이하로 함유하고, 점도가 280℃ 및 100s-1의 전단 곡도에서 500Pa · s내지 2,500Pa · S인 열가소성 폴리카르보네이트 기재 시트(1,1), 및 상기기재 시트의 적어도 한쪽 면상에 있는, UV흡수제의 함량이 2중량% 내지 20중량%이고, 점도가 280℃밋 100s-1의 전단 속도에서 200 Pa · 5 내지 2,300 Pa · s인 열가소성 폴리르보네이트 외층(1.2)를 함유하고, 외층(1.2)의 점도가 각 경우에 각 기재 시트(1.1)외 점도 보다 적어도 50Pa · S낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 UV-보호, 다층 폴리카르보네이트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외층(1.2)외 점도가 각 경우에 각 기재 시트(1.1)의 점도보다 100Pa·s 내지 2,000Pa · 5 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 기재 시트(1.1), 기재 시트(1.1)의 적어도 한쪽 면상에 있는 본 발명에 따른 외층(1,2), 및 기재 시트(1.1)로부터 떨어져 있는 외층(1.2)의 적어도 한쪽 면상에 있는, UV 흡수제의 함량이 0.1중량% 내지 20중량%이고, 점도가 280℃ 및 100s-1의 전단 속도에서 200Pa · S 내지 2,300Pa· S이며, 두께가 2㎛ 내지 100㎛인 폴리카르보네이트 보호층(3.3)을 함유하고, 보호층(3.3)과 외층(1.2) 사이의 점도차가 각 경우에 임의의 크기이거나 또는 0 Pa · S인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트 시트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 기재 시트(1.1), 기재 시트(1.1)의 적어도 한쪽 면상에 있는 본 발명에 따른 외층(1.2), 및 기재 시트(1.1)로부터 떨어져 있는 외층(1.2)의 적어도 한쪽 면상에 있는, 보호층(3.3)을 함유하고, 보호층(3.3)과 외층(1.2) 사이의 점도차가 각 경우에 임의의 크기이거나 또는 0 Pa·s인 폴리카르보네이트 시트.
- 코어 물질의 용응 길이 및 외층을 동시 압출 어댑터의 도움을 받아 밀폐된 압출 다이내에 함께 넣고, 이어서 다이내에서 목적하는 형상으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동시 압출에 의한 제1항의 폴리카르보네이트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 코어 물질의 용융 길이 및 외층을 동시 압출 어댑터의 도움을 받아 밀폐된 압출 다이내에 함께 넣고, 이어서 다이내에서 목적하는 형상으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동시 압출에 의한 제1항의 폴리카르보네이트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 코어 물질의 응용 길이 및 외층을 동시 압출 어댑터의 도움을 받아 밀폐된 압출 다이내에 함께 넣고, 이어서 다이내에서 목적하는 형상으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동시 압출에 의한 제3항의 폴리카르보네이트 시트의 제조 방법.
- 코어 물질의 용융 길이 및 외층을 동시 압출 어댑터의 도움을 받아 밀폐된 압출 다이내에 함께 넣고, 이어서 다이내에서 목적하는 형상으로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 동시 압출에 의한 제4항의 폴리카르보네이트 시트의 제조 방법,※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
