Claims (47)

  1. (a) 프로필렌 호모 폴리머 또는 코폴리머 및(b) 에틸렌코폴리머의 블렌드(blend)를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 물질의 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머는, (a) 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌; (b) 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머; (c) 폴리부텐 및 (d) 에틸렌 알파 올레핀 코폴리머에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 약 10gr/10분 이하의 블렌딩(blending)전 멜트 인덱스(melt index) (ASTM D1238) (조건 190/21.601)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 적어도 약 40의 블렌딩전 플로로 레이트 비(flow rate ratio)(I21/I2.1)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플로필렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 약 20 80%와, 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 약 80∼20%의 블렌드를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌코폴리머 또는 코폴리머 약 30% 70%와, 상기 에틸렌코폴리머 약 70%∼약30%의 블렌드를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 약 40%∼60%와 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 약 60%∼40%의 블렌드를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프로필렌 호모폴리머 또는 코폴리머 약 50%와 상기 에틸렌 코폴리머 약 50%의 블렌드를 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  9. (a) 프로필렌 폴리머 또는 코폴리머와 에틸렌코폴리머의 블렌드를 구성하는 제1층과, (b) 시일링(sealing)할 수 있는 외층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 파층필름.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이테리렌 코폴리머는 (a) 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌, (b) 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머, (c) 폴리부텐 및 (d) 에틸렌 알파 올레핀 코폴리머에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 약 10gr/10분이하의 블렌딩전 멜트인덱스(ASTM D1238)(조건 190/21.601)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 적어도 약 40의 블렌딩전 플로레이트비(flow rate ratio)(I21/I2.1) (ASTM D1238)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시일링할 수 있는 외층은 상기 제1층에 직접 접착시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시일링할 수 있는 외층은 제1층과 제2층 사이에 설정한 폴리머접착제에 의해 제1층에 접착시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시일링할 수 있는 외층은 필름 전체두께의 약 8%이하로 형성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시일링할 수 있는 외층은 올레핀폴리머, 올레핀코폴리머, 스티렌 폴리머 및 스티렌 코폴리머로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택한 시일링 할 수 있는 폴리머로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다층필름의 적어도 하나의 층은 가교결합을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  18. (a) 프로필렌 폴리머 또는 코폴리머와 에틸렌코폴리머의 블렌드를 구성하는 코어층과, (b) 시일링할 수 있는 폴리머재를 각각 구성하는 두외층과, (c) 상기 코어층을 각각의 외층에 각각 접착하고 폴리머 접착제를 구성하는 두개의 중간층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다층필름.

  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 적어도 약 40의 블렌딩전 플로레이트비(I21/I2.1) (ASTM D1238)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  22. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 두외층은 각각 외층에 대하여 가소제 약 0.1wt% 10wt%로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  23. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 외층은 올레핀폴리머, 올레핀코폴리머, 스티렌폴리머 및 스티렌 코폴리머로 구성됨을 그룹에서 선택된 시일링할 수 있는 폴리머재로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  24. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 두 외층은 각각 필름총두께의 약 4%이하로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  25. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 외층은 올레핀폴리머, 올레핀코폴리머, 스티렌폴리머 및 스티렌 코폴리머로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 시일링할 수 있는 폴리머재로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  26. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 다층필름의 적어도 한층은 가교결합을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  27. 폴리머필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 프로필렌폴리머 또는 코폴리머와 에틸렌코폴리머의 블랜드의 제1용융스트릴, 폴리머접착제의 제2 및 제3용융스트링, 시일링 할 수 있는 폴리머재의 제4 및 제5용융스트릴을 공압출시켜(Coextruding); (b) 상기 제1용융스트릴이 그 공압출물의 중심층을 형성하고 상기 제4 및 5용융스트릴이 그 공압출물의 최외측면을 형성하도록 환상다이를 통하여 용융스트릴을 압출시키며; (c) 그 압출필름을 열 블로잉(hot blowing)시키고; (d) 그 열블로잉필름을 그 연신온도 이상의 온도로 가열시켜; (c) 그 가열필름을 제1 햇의 핀치롤을 통하여 진행시키며; (f) 그열블로잉필름을 블로잉버블프로세스에 의해 재 인플레이션(reinflating)시켜; (g) 그 재인플레이션을 한 필름을 제2셋의 핀치롤을 통하여 붕괴시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 방법.
  28. (a) 프로틸렌 폴리머 또는 코폴리머와 에틸렌 코폴리머의 블렌드를 구성하는 코어층과; (b) 상기 코어층의 대향측에 각각 층에 접착되고 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 구성하는 두개의 내부층과; (c) 시일링할 수 있는 폴리머재를 각각 구성하는 두개의 외층과, (d) 내부층을 각각의 외층에 각각 접착하는 두개의 접착층을 구성하는 다층필름.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 코어층의 에틸렌 코폴리머는 (a) 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌, (b) 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 코폴리머, (c) 폴리부텐 및 (d) 에틸렌 알파 올레핀 코폴리머에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  30. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 약 10gr/10분이하의 블렌딩전 멜트인덱스(ASTM D1238)(조건 190/21.601)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  31. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 적어도 약 40의 블렌딩전 플로레이트비(I21/I2.1) (ASTM D1238)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  32. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 두외층은 각각 외층에서 가소제 약 0.1wt%~10wt%로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  33. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 두외층은 각각 두께 약 0.04밀 이하를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  34. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 두외층은 각각 필름총두께의 약 4%이하로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  35. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 외층은 올레핀폴리머, 올레핀코폴리머, 스티렌폴리머 및 스티렌코폴리머로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 시일링할 수 있는 폴리머재로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  36. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 접착특성을 가진 올레핀 폴리머 또는 올레핀코폴리머로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  37. 제36항에 있어서, 상기 접착층은 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  38. 제28항에 있어서, 상기 다층필름의 적어도 한층은 가교결합을 한 상기 다층필름.
  39. (a) 프로필렌폴리머 또는 코폴리머로 구성되는 제1층과, (b) (i) 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌, (ii) 에틸렌비닐 아세테이트 코폴리머, (iii) 스티렌폴리머 또는 코폴리머로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 시일링 할 수 있는 층으로 구성하는 적어도 하나의 추가층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다층필름.
  40. 제39항에 있어서, 상기 다층필름의 적어도 한층은 가교결합을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  41. (a) 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌으로 구성되는 코어층과, (b) 시일링 할 수 있는 폴리머재로 각각 구성되는 두개의 외층과, (c) 그 코어층을 각각 외층에 각각 접착시키고 프로필렌폴리머 또는 코폴리머와 폴리머접착제의 블렌드로 구성하는 두개의 중간층을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  42. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 약 10gr/10분이하의 멜트인덱스(ASTM D1238)(조건 190/21.601)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  43. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 극저밀도 폴리에틸렌은 적어도 약 40의 플로레이트비(I21/I2.1) (ASTM D1238)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 상기 조성물.
  44. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 외층은 올레핀 폴리머, 올레핀 코폴리머, 스티렌폴리머 및 스티렌코폴리머로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 시일링 할 수 있는 폴리머재로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  45. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 다층필름의 적어도 한층은 가교결합을 시킴을 특징으로 하는 다층필름.
  46. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 접착특성을 가진 올레핀 폴리머 또는 올레핀코폴리머로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
  47. 제41항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 코폴리머로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 다층필름.
