Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 알루미늄 박층 표면에 크랙과 돌출물을 형성하고 이물질을 제거함으로써, 상기 알루미늄 표면의 접착력을 향상시키기 위하여 표면에 코로나(corona)를 인가한 알루미늄 박층;상기 알루미늄 박층의 일측 표면에 형성되는 폴리에스터(Polyester) 필름층;상기 폴리에스터 필름층 표면에 형성된 제 1 필름층;상기 알루미늄 박층의 타측 표면에 형성된 에틸렌아크릴산(EAA : Ethylene Acrylic Acid) 공중합체 접착수지층; 및상기 에틸렌아크릴산 공중합체 접착수지층의 표면에 형성되는 제 2 필름층을 포함하고,상기 제 1 필름층 및 제 2 필름층이 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름과 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 공압출 필름, 또는 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름과 고밀도폴리에틸렌필름과 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 공압출 필름으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 박층은 9 내지 15 ㎛의 두께를 지니도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스터(Polyester) 필름층은 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트(Polyethylene Terephthalate: PET)인 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트.
- 삭제
- 알루미늄 박층 표면에 크랙과 돌출물을 형성하고 이물질을 제거함으로써, 상기 알루미늄 표면의 접착력을 향상시키기 위하여 상기 알루미늄 박층 표면에 코로나를 인가하는 단계;상기 알루미늄 박층의 일측 표면에 폴리에스터 필름을 대면하여 제 1 적층체를 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 적층체의 알루미늄 박층의 타측 표면에 에틸렌아크릴산 공중합체 접착수지를 도포하여 제 2 적층체를 형성하는 단계;상기 제 2 적층체의 폴리에스터 필름의 표면에 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름과 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 공압출 필름, 또는 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름과 고밀도폴리에틸렌필름과 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 공압출 필름으로 구성된 제 1 필름층을 대면하여 제 3 적층체를 형성하는 단계;상기 제 3 적층체의 에틸렌아크릴산 공중합체 접착수지의 표면에 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름과 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 공압출 필름, 또는 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름과 고밀도폴리에틸렌필름과 선형저밀도 폴리에틸렌 필름의 공압출 필름으로 구성된 제 2 필름층을 대면하여 제 4 적층체를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 제 4 적층체를 가열 압착하여 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트의 제조 방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 제 4 적층체를 가열 압착하여 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트를 형성하는 단계는 상기 제 4 적층체를 일정한 온도로 가열된 한 쌍의 가열 압착 롤러 사이를 통과시키면서 가열 압착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플렉시블 튜브 제조용 적층시트의 제조 방법.
