Abstract

물약병 전체를 지지기구의 방해를 받지 않고 구석구석 검사하며, 동시에 연속판정이 가능한 물약병의 외관검사와 결정표면에 있는 이물(異物)의 검사방법 및 장치를 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다. 불량 요인별로 최적 위치에 배치된 CCD 카메라를 사용하여 그 화상을 동시에 연속적으로 처리할 수 있는 고속화상처리장치에 의해 판정을 행함과 동시에, 두부를 처킹하면서 상부로 부터 회전시킨 물약병의 하반분을 검사하고 동일 테이블상에 하부로부터 회전시켜 물약병의 상반분을 검사하며 물약병을 회전시키면서 각 부분을 조합하여 물약병의 두부로 부터 저면에 이르기까지 전면을 검사할 수 있는 물약병 검사장치 및 방법이다.

제16도는 물약병 두부의 척기구도.

Claims (6)

  1. 물약병의 반송공정 동아에 두부를 처킹하며서 상기 물약병을 회전시켜 하반분을 검사하는 하부검사단계, 및 하부로 부터 상기 물약병을 회전시켜 상반분을 검사하는 상부검사단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 물약병 검사방법.
  2. 불량 요인별로 최적위치에 배치된 한개 이상의 CCD 카메라를 사용하여, 화상취입 및 화소의 카운트를 병렬처리하고 물약병의 두부로 부터 저면에 이르기까지 연속적으로 전면을 검사하는 물약병 검사방법.
  3. 회전테이블에 각종 검사스테이션을 설치하고, 물약병의 하부검사위치에는 상기 물약병을 향해 누를때 상기 물약병을 처킹하는 평행개ㅖ형척 또는 원호운동형척을 회전 및 승강가능하게 설치되며, 상기 물약병의 상부 검사위치에는 상기 물약병의 몸체부에 접촉하는 회전벨트를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 물약병 검사장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 하부의 홀더에 척핑거를 개폐하는 닺형 링크를 구비한 외측에 대하여 푸셔를 상기 닫형 링크를 요동시킴과 동시에 외측과 함께 승강하지만 소정거리를 미끄럼 운동한 후에는 상기 외축과는 별도로 승강하는 내축을 미끄럼 가능하게 구비하며, 상기 외축을 회전구동시키는 승강기구 또는 상기 척의 승강동작을 캠 밸브와 에어실린더를 조합시켜 구성한 승강기구를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 물약병 검사장치.
  5. 한개 이상의 CCD 카메라의 화상취입 및 화소의 카운트를 병령처리할 수 있는 화상처리장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 물약병 검사장치.
  6. 외측에서는 보이지 않는 밀봉파손에 의한 병입구의 깨짐을 하부로 부터의 조명으로 관벽을 거쳐서 입구부에 도달하는 광ㅇ학계로 반사시켜 비스듬한 하부에서 올려다 본 카메라로 직접 포착할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 물약병 검사장치.
