Abstract

열교환기에 팽창밸브를 부착하기 위한 팽창밸브 부착부재의 제조코스트를 저감하고, 또 대량생산성을 높이는 것을 목적으로 하여, 팽창밸브 부착 부재는 파이프형상으로 형성되었고, 그 일단이 열교환기에 병설된 한쌍의 냉매출입구부와 접속하였으며 타단이 팽창밸브와 접속되는 한쌍의 관형상부재로서, 그 외주측면의 일정한 위치에 칼라부가 형성된 것 : 및 이 한쌍의 관형상부재가 삽입되는 한쌍의 구멍이 형성되는 판부재 : 등에 의하여 구성되었고, 링형상 부재가 판부재의 구멍에 끼워 부착될 때에 칼라부가 구멍의 주연에 맞닿아서 위치 결정하게 됨에 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예에 관한 팽창밸브 부착부재가 사용되는 적층형 열교환기의 전체구조를 나타낸 설명도,
제2도는 전술한 적층형 열교환기의 성형판과 끝판과 출입구 통로형성용판의 가조립의 공장을 나타낸 설명도.

Claims (6)

  1. 파이프형상으로 형성되어 그 일단이 열교환기에 병설된 한쌍의 냉매출입구부와 접속하였고, 타단이 팽창밸브와 접속되는 한쌍의 관형상부재로서, 그 외주 측면의 일정한 위치에 칼라부가 형성된 것 : 및 이 한쌍의 관형상부재가 삽입되는 한쌍이 구멍이 형성되는 판부재 : 등에 의하여 구성되었고, 링형상부재가 전술한 판부재의 구멍에 끼워 부착될 때에 칼라부가 구멍의 주연에 맞닿아서 위치결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창빌브 부착부재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 관형상부재는 프레스성형으로 형성되었고, 칼라부는 파이프 형상의 외주벽을 바깥쪽으로 굴곡되어서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브 부착부재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 관형상부재는 절삭성형에 의하여 팽창밸브에 접속되는 제1지름의 부분, 판부재의 구멍에 삽입되는 제2지름의 부분 및 냉매 출입구부와 접속되는 제3지름의 부분이 형성되었고 또한 제1지름의 부분과 제2지름의 부분 사이에 칼라부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브 부착부재.
  4. 파이프형상으로 형성되고, 그 일단이 열교환기에 병설된 한상의 냉매 출입구부와 접속하였으며, 타단이 팽창밸브와 접속되는 한쌍의 관형상부재로서 일정한 위치에 제1지름에서 제2지름으로 지르이 확대하는 다부를 구비한 것 : 및 이 한쌍의 관형상부재가 삽입되는 한쌍의 구멍이 형성되는 판부재 등으로 구성되었으며 링형상부재가 판부재의 구멍에 끼워 부착될 때에 단부가 전술한 구멍의 주연에 맞닿아서 위치결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브 부착부재.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 단부(段部)는 판부재의 구멍의 지름과 같은 제1지름을 구비한 파이프를 제2지름까지 확대시켜서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브 부착부재.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 단부는 판부재보다도 큰 지름의 파이프를 판부재의 구멍의 지름과 같은 제1지름까지 축소시켜서 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 팽창밸브 부착부재.
