Abstract
전자사진 감광 부재는 지지체 위에 전하 발생층과 전하 수송층을 연속적으로 배치하여 구성된다. 전하 발생층은 옥시티탄 프탈로시아닌, 아조 안료 및 가리워진 페놀을 함유한다. 이러한 전하 발생층을 포함하는 전자사진 감광 부재는 억제된 포토메모리, 반복 사용시의 양호한 전위 안정성 및 우수한 화상 형성 특성과 같은 우수한 전자사진 특성을 갖는 전자사진 장치 및 전자사진 장치 유닛을 제공하는데 이용된다.

제1도 내지 제3도는 각각 본 발명에 따른 전자사진 감광 부재를 사용한 전자사진 장치의 일례를 나타낸 개략 구조도.
제4도는 본 발명에 유용한 브러쉬형 충전 부재의 일례를 나타낸 개략도.
Claims (11)
- 지지체, 이 지지체 위에 배치된 옥시티탄 프탈로시아닌, 아조 안료 및 가리워진(hindered) 페놀을 포함하는 전하 발생층, 및 이전하 발생층 위에 배치된 전하 수송층을 포함하는 전자사진 감광 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시티탄 프탈로시아닌이 CuKα 특성 X-선을 기준으로 한 X-선 회절 패턴에서 브래그 각(Bragg angles, 2θ±0.2도) 9.0도, 14.2도, 23.9도 및 27.1도로 특정되는 주피이크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 결정형인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시티탄 프탈로시아닌이 CuKα 특성 X-선을 기준으로 한 X-선 회절 패턴에서 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도) 7.6도 및 28.6도로 특정되는 주피이크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 결정형인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시티탄 프탈로시아닌이 CuKα 특성 X-선을 기준으로 한 X-선 회절 패턴에서 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도) 9.3도 및 26.3도로 특정되는 주피이크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 결정형인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 옥시티탄 프탈로시아닌이 CuKα 특성 X-선을 기준으로 한 X-선 회절 패턴에서 브래그 각(2θ±0.2도) 9.5도,및 27.3도로 특정되는 주피이크를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 결정형인 부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아조 안료가 하기 일반식 (1) 내지 (3)중 어느 하나로 나타내어지는 것인 부재.상기 식에서, Ar1내지 Ar6은 커플러 잔기를 나타내고, R1내지 R23는 각각 알킬기, 아릴기, 수소 원자 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가리워진 페놀이 황 원자를 함유하는 것인 부재.
- 제1항에 따른 전자사진 감광 부재, 전자사진 감광 부재를 충전시키기 위한 충전 수단, 정전 잠상을 형성하기 위해 전자사진 감광 부재를 화상 노출시키는 화상 노출 수단 및 정전 잠상을 토너로 현상하기 위한 현상 수단을 포함하는 전자사진 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 충전 수단이 직접 충전 수단으로 이루어지는 것인 장치.
- 제1항에 따른 전자사진 감광 부재, 및 전자사진 감광 부재를 접촉 충전시키는 직접 충전 수단을 포함하는 전자사진 장치 유닛.
- 제10항에 있어서, 전자사진 감광 부재 위에 형성된 정전 잠상을 현상하기 위한 현상 유닛을 더 포함하는 유닛.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
