Abstract

중량비로, 0.05 내지 0.2%의 C, 1.0%이하의 Ni, 9 내지 13%의 Cr, 0.05 내지 1%의 Mo, 0.05 내지 0.3%의 V, 1 내지 3%의 W, 1 내지 5%의 Co, 0.01 내지 0.1%의 N, 0.01 내지 0.15%의 Nb로부터 선택된 적어도 일부분, 0.01 내지 0.15%의 Ta, 0.003 내지 0.03%의 희토류원소, 0.003 내지 0.03%의 Ca 및 0.003 내지 0.03%의 B, 및 나머지인 Fe와 불가피한 불순물들을 구비하는 내열강은 고온 특성을 향상시켰으며 터빈 로터, 터빈 블레이드, 터빈 디스크 및 볼트와 같은 그러한 터빈의 부품에 사용하기에 적합하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 내열강에 있어서, 중량비로, 0.05 내지 0.2%의 C, 1.0%이하의 Ni, 9 내지 13%의 Cr, 0.05 내지 1%의 Mo, 0.05 내지 0.3%의 V, 1 내지 3%의 W, 1 내지 5%의 Co, 0.01 내지 0.1%의 N, 0.01 내지 0.15%의 Nb로부터 선택된 적어도 일부분, 0.01 내지 0.15%의 Ta, 0.003 내지 0.03%의 희토류원소, 0.003 내지 0.03%의 Ca 및 0.003 내지 0.03%의 B, 및 나머지인 Fe와 불가피한 불순물들을 구비하는 것을 특징으로하는 내열강.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불가피한 불순물들에서 허용가능한 Si의 함유량은 0.1%이하이며, Mn은 0.15%이하이며, P는 0.01%이하인 것을 특징으로하는 내열강.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불가피한 불순물들에서 허용가능한 S의 함유량은 0.005%이하이며, As는 0.005%이하이며, Sn은 0.005%이하이며, Sb는 0.003%이하인 것을 특징으로하는 내열강.
