Abstract

CONSTITUTION: Title Ni-Cr alloy steel contains C: 0.2W0.6%, Si: 0.3W2.0%, Mn: 0.3W2.0%, Cr: 15W35%, Ni: 20W40%, N: 0.05W0.30%, and further Nb: 0.3W2.0%. Or, composition may be C: 0.3W0.5%, Si: 0.5W1.5%, Mn: 0.5W1.5%, Cr: 20W30%, Ni: 25W35%, N: 0.1W0.2% and Nb: 0.5W1.5%. This heat resistant cast steel has high tensile strength, creep rupture strength, and deformation resistance at temperatures of 800°C or more, and its oxidation resistance, anti-heat check property and castability are excellent.
