CONSTITUTION: An Ni-Cr-Co super heat resistant alloy consisting of, by wt., C 0.05W0.4, esp. 0.1W0.3%, Si 0.3W2.0, esp. 0.5W1.5%, Mn 0.3W2.0, esp. 0.5W 1.5%, Cr 20W40, esp. 25W35%, Ni 15W35, esp. 20W30%, Co 10W30, esp. 15W 25%, Nb 0.3W2.0, esp. 0.5W1.5%, Al 0.03W0.2, esp. 0.05W0.15%, Ti 0.03W0.2, esp. 0.05W0.15%, Zr 0.03W0.2, esp. 0.05W0.15% and the balance Fe. This alloy has high tensile strength, creep rupture strength and deformation resistance at very high temps. esp. of 1200°C and above as well as superior oxidation resistance.
