CONSTITUTION: An alloy consisting of, by wt., C 0.03W0.3, esp. 0.05W0.2%, Si 0.3W2.0, esp. 0.5W1.5%, Mn 0.3W2.0, esp. 0.5W1.5%, Cr 20W40, esp. 25W 35%, Ni 10W30, esp. 15W25%, Co 30W50, esp. 35W45%, Ti 0.03W0.2, esp. 0.05W0.15%, Al 0.03W0.2, esp. 0.05W0.15%, Zr 0.03W0.2, esp. 0.05W0.15% and the balance Fe. This Ni-Cr-Co super heat resistant alloy has superior castability and high tensile strength, creep rupture strength and deformation resistance at very high temps. esp. of 1200°C and above as well as superior oxidation resistance.
