CONSTITUTION: An Ni-Cr-Co super heat resistant alloy for casting consisting of, by wt., C 0.03W0.3, esp. 0.05W0.20%, Si 0.3W2.0, esp. 0.5W1.5%, Mn 0.3W 2.0, esp. 0.5W1.5%, Cr 20W40, esp. 25W35%, Ni 10W30, esp. 10W30%, Co 30W 50, esp. 35W45%, Ti 0.05W0.5, esp. 0.1W0.3% and the balance Fe. This alloy has high tensile strength, creep rupture strength and deformation resistance at very high temps. esp. of 1200°C and above as well as superior oxidation resistance.
