Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a heat resistant alloy excellent in creep rupture strength and oxidation resistance as compared to HP40 or the like by limiting an Mn amount in the heat resistant alloy HP40 and adding W, Mo thereto.
CONSTITUTION: Said heat resistant cast alloy comprises, in the % basis, 0.35W 0.6 C, 0.5W2.0 Si, 0.3W0.9 Mn, 24W30 Cr, 30W40 Ni, 3W6 W, 0.3W0.8 Mo, 0.04 or less P, 0.04 or less S, 0.02W0.2 N and the remainder Fe substantially. Herein, when Mn exceeds the upper limit, deterioration of oxidation resistance is induced.
