Abstract

본 발명은 전도성, 바람직하게는 촉매 활성 물질로 공형 코팅된 휘스커로 구성되는 초현미경적2-성분 구조체이거나, 또는 전도성, 바람직하게는 촉매 활성 물질로 구성되는 초현미경적1-성분 구조체인, 고형 전해질일 수 있는 캡슐화제내에 매립되는 다수의 나노 구조의 부재들을 포함하는, 전기 화학적 셀 또는 분석물 센서에서 전극 막으로서 사용될 수 있는 나노 구조의 복합체 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a)제1군의 나노 구조의 부재들이 내부에 매립된 제1캡슐화제 층을 포함하되, 상기 각 부재들의 하나의 말단부는 제1캡슐화제 층내에 매립되고, 다른 말단부는 제1캡슐화제층의 제1표면과 동일 공간을 차지함으로써 상기 1표면이 전도성 표면을 구성하는 작업 전극 ; (b) 제2군의 나노 구조의 부재들이 내부에 매립된 제2캡슐화제 층을 포함하되, 상기 각 부재들의 하나의 말단부는 제2캡술화제 층내에 매립되고, 다른 말단부는 제2캡슐화제층의 제1표면과 동일 공간을 차지함으로써 상기 제1표면이 전도성 표면을 구성하는 반대 전극; 및 (c)상기 작업 전극과 반대 전극의 제1 및 제2군의 나노 구조의 부재들의 전도성 표면과 밀접하게 접촉하는 하나 이상의 전해질을 포함하는, 전기 화학적 셀로서 유용한 제품.
  2. (a)제1캡슐화내에 매립된 제1군의 나노 구조의 부재들을 포함하며, 전도성 표면과 비전도성 표면을 갖는 제1의 나노 구조의 전극의 막; (b)전해질; 및 (c) 제2캡슐화제내에 매립된 제2군의 나노 구조의 부재들을 포함하며, 전도성 표면과 비전도성 표면을 갖는 제2의 나노 구조의 전극 막을 순서대로 포함하며, 상기 전기 화학적으로 활성인 제1 및 제2막의 표면이 상기 전해질과 밀접하게 접촉되는 분석물 센서로서 유용한 제품.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2군의 나노 구조의 부재들중 일군 이상이 전기 전도성 물질로 코팅된 휘스커로 구성되는 초현미경적 2-성분 구조물인 제품.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2군의 나노 구조의 부재들중 일군 이상이 전기 전도선 물질의 초현미경적 1-성분 구조물인 제품.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2캡슐화제의 투과성이 상이한 제품.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나 항에 있어서, 제3군의 나노 구조의 부재들이 내부에 매립된 제3의 캡슐화제를 추가로 함유하는 기준 전극을 추가로 포함하는 제품.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질이 비-고형 전해질인 제품.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 전해질이 고형 전해질인 제품.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두 군의 나노 구조의 부재들이 전기 전도성 물질로 코팅된 휘스커로 구성되는 초현미경적 2-성분 구조물인 제품.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 두 군의 나노 구조의 부재들이 전기 전도성 물질의 초현미경적1-성분 구조물인 제품.
