Claims (3)
- 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 포함하고, 절연 기판상에 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 화소 전극들로 구성되는 투명 도전막, 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 절연막이 중간에 삽입되어 서로 마주보고 있는 부가적 커패시턴스 전극들, 및 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전막, 으로 구성되고, 상기 투명 도전막은 상기 도전막보다 폭이 넓으며 그 도전막을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
- 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 포함하고, 절연 기판상에 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 화소 전극들로 구성되는 투명 도전막, 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 절연막이 중간에 삽입되어 서로 마주보고 있는 부가적 커패시턴스 전극들, 및 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전막, 으로 구성되고, 상기 투명 도전막은 상기 도전막보다 폭이 넓으며 그 도전막을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스 기판.
