Claims (3)

  1. 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 포함하고, 절연 기판상에 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 화소 전극들로 구성되는 투명 도전막, 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 절연막이 중간에 삽입되어 서로 마주보고 있는 부가적 커패시턴스 전극들, 및 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전막, 으로 구성되고, 상기 투명 도전막은 상기 도전막보다 폭이 넓으며 그 도전막을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
  2. 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 포함하고, 절연 기판상에 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 화소 전극들로 구성되는 투명 도전막, 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 절연막이 중간에 삽입되어 서로 마주보고 있는 부가적 커패시턴스 전극들, 및 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전막, 으로 구성되고, 상기 투명 도전막은 상기 도전막보다 폭이 넓으며 그 도전막을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스 기판.
  3. 부가적 커패시턴스는 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 포함하고, 절연 기판상에 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 화소 전극들로 구성되는 투명 도전막, 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 절연막이 중간에 삽입되어 서로 마주보고 있는 부가적 커패시턴스 전극들, 및 상기 부가적 커패시턴스 부와 원래의 커패시턴스 부를 전기적으로 연결하는 도전막으로 구성되고, 상기 투명 도전막은 상기 도전막보다 폭이 넓으며 그 도전막을 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 액티브 매트릭스 기판.
