Claims (2)
- 절연성을 갖는 기판, 상기 기판상에 어레이상으로 배열된 다수개의 광전변환소자, 및 상기 광전변환소자의 각각에 대응하여 그 어레이 방향과 평행하게 어레이상으로 배열되어, 두개의 전극이 상기 광전변환소자의 어레이 방향에 대향하는 박막 트랜지스터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 광전변환장치.
- 제1항에 있어서 박막 트랜지스터의 두개의 전극 사이에 형성되는 채널이 광전변환소자의 어레이 방향에 직교하도록 전극을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
