Claims (2)

  1. 절연성을 갖는 기판, 상기 기판상에 어레이상으로 배열된 다수개의 광전변환소자, 및 상기 광전변환소자의 각각에 대응하여 그 어레이 방향과 평행하게 어레이상으로 배열되어, 두개의 전극이 상기 광전변환소자의 어레이 방향에 대향하는 박막 트랜지스터로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로하는 광전변환장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 박막 트랜지스터의 두개의 전극 사이에 형성되는 채널이 광전변환소자의 어레이 방향에 직교하도록 전극을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광전변환장치.
