Abstract

면상(面狀)계지재를 이용하여 표피재(表皮材)를 쿠션재에 계착(係着)하는 자동차용 시트의 쿠션체구조는 발포체의 함침층이 발생하지 않는다. 쿠션체구조에는, 면상계지체(4)를 쿠션재(2,3)의 성형형틀(20)내에 있어서, 발포성 원액의 진입방지벽(22,23)에 의하여 차폐파지하여 장착하고, 쿠션재와 일체성형함으로써, 면상계지체의 측에지와 쿠션재 사이드부(3)와의 사이에 개방공간(10)이 형성되는 동시에, 이 측에지에 무함침부(7)가 형성된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 착좌감이 양호한 쿠션체구조의 단면을 나타낸 횡단 단면도이다,
제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 것과 기본적으로 동일한 쿠션체를 성형하기 위한 성형형틀의 부분확대단면도이다,
제3도는 종래의 문제점이 생기는 성형형틀의 부분단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 면상(面狀)계지재의 배면에 일정 두께의 서포트재를 결합시킨 면상계지체를 기재하여 표피재(表皮材)를 쿠션재에 계지하는 자동차용 시트의 쿠션체구조에 있어서, 면상계지재와 그 배면의 서포트재와의 외주단말에 쿠션재발포액이 함침되어 있지않은 무함침층을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 착좌감이 양호한 쿠션체구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무함침층은 쿠션재의 사이드부와의 사이에 개방공간을 남기고 면상계지체의 양측에지에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션체구조.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 무함침층은 쿠션재의 본체 중앙부와의 사이에 개방공간을 남기고 면상계지체의 앞에지 및 뒤에지에도 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션체구조.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무함침층은 쿠션재성형형틀내의 면상계지체 재치영역을 구획하는 위치에 세워배설된 진입방지벽의 존재에 의하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션체구조.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 진입방지벽은 직립벽부와 그 선단으로부터 안쪽으로 절곡되는 훅형부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 쿠션체구조.
