Abstract

본 발명은 차량에 사용되는 에어져 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 소오스가 에어백 모듀울에 인가되는 선택 가스 발생 레벨을 발생시키기 위하여 에어백 모듀울에 연결되어 있다. 전자 제어 장치는 다중 레벨의 가스 발생율의 작동을 제어한다. 주변 온도를 감지하기 위하여 전자제어 장치에 적어도 하나의 온도 센서가 연결되어 있다. 충돌 중에 감속도를 감지하기 위하여 전자 제어 장치에 가속도 센서가 연결되어 있다. 전자 제어장치는 다중 레벨의 가스 발생원을 제어하기 위하여 최적 가스 발생 레벨과 팽창 시이퀀스 시간을 결정하도록 온도 센서, 좌석 벨트 센서 및 가속도 센서로부터 감지된 입력의 조합에 반응한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 에어백 시스템을 구비하는 차량의 사시도이다,
제2도는 제1도의 에어백 시스템의 블럭도이다,
제3도는 제1도의 에어백 시스템의 전자 제어 장치에 의하여 수행되는 시이퀀스 레벨를 나타내는 순서도이다,
제4도는 제1도의 에어백 시스템의 전자 제어 장치에 의하여 추행되는 또 다른 시이퀀스 레벨를 나타내는 순서도이다,
제5도는 제1도의 에어백 시스템의 팽창기 점화 회로를 나타내는 전기계통도이다.

Claims (13)

  1. 적어도 하나의 에어백 모듀율; 상기 에어백 모듈에 인가되는 다중 레벨의 가스를 발생시키기 위하여 적어도 하나의 에어백 모듈을 각각에 연결되어 있는 다중 레벨의 가스 발생수단: 상기 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 수단을 제어하기 위한 전자 제어 수단; 주변 온도를 감지하기 위하여 상기 전자 제어 수단에 연결되어 있는 온도 센서 수단; 좌석 벨트 착용을 감지하기 위하여 상기 전자 제어 수단에 연결되어 있는 좌석 벨트 센서 수단; 및 가속도를 감지하기 위하여 상기 전자 제어 수단에 연결되어 있는 가속도 센서 수단을 포함하며, 상기 전자 제어 수단은, 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 수단을 제어하기 위항 최적 가스 발생 레벨 및 팽창 시이퀸스 시간을 결정하도록, 상기 온도 센서 수단, 좌석 벨트 센서 수단 그리고 가속도 센서 수단으로부터 감지된 입력의 조합에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단에 연결되어 있으며, 탑승자 존재를 감지하기 위하여 좌석 벨트 센서 수단에 의하여 감지된 좌석 벨트 착용에 응답하는 탑승자센서 수단을 또한 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단은 상기 탑승자 센서 수단으로부터의 감지된 출력을 또한 구비하는 감지된 입력의 조합에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단에 연결되어 있으며, 탑승자 위치를 감지하기 위하여 감지된 탑승자에 응답하는 탑승자 위치 센서 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단은 상기 탑승자 센서 수단과 탑승자 위치 센서 수단으로부터의 감지된 입력을 또한 구비하는 감지된 입력의 조합에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단은 상기 가속도 센서 수단으로부터의 감지된 입력에 응답하는 충돌세기를 측정하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단을 차량 탑승자 격실의 속도 변화를 측정하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단은 상기 감지된 입력의 조합과 상기 측정된 충돌 세기 및 속도 변화에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단과 상기 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 수단 사이에 연결된 AC점화 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 AC 점화 수단은 푸쉬 풀 트랜지스터 스테이지와, 상기 프랜지스터 스테이지에 연결되고 또 상기 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 수단에 접속되어 있는 한 쌍의 캐패시터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다증 레벨의 가스 발생 수단은 두개의 가스 팽창기 소오스를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전자 제어 수단과 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 수단 사이에 연결된 DC 점화 수단을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 DC점화 수단은 인덕터, 하이측 출력 트랜지스터 그리고 다중 레벨의 가스 발생 수단에 연결되어 있는 로우측 트랜지스터 스테이지를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 에어백 시스템.
