Abstract

직물이나 편물, 비닐, 가죽 등과 같은 커버재료를 3차원으로 형상짓는 방법을 커버재료(18)및 가스발생반응의 시점에서 액체로부터 접성의 상태(16')로 변화하는 폴리우레탄 따위의 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물의 층을 마련하고, 그 합성된 커버재료와 거품 층을 희망 최종 3차원의 형상에 상을 하는 면 형상을 가진 압형(21,22)안에서, 압축이 거품 층이 사실상 부품을 완료한 때, 그러나 그의 경화가 사실상 일어나기 전에 행해지게 압축하며, 커버재료에 점착된 거품 층을 경화 반응에 진행하게 함에 의하여 실행한다. 3차원의 커버재료 성형이 외부의 열이나 고압력 없이 이 방법에 의해 실행되므로 커버재료는 그의 본래의 모양과 고품질을 유지할수 있다. 반쪽 압형들(21,22)사이의 간격을 국부적으로 변화시킴에 의하여, 커버재료에 점착한 거품 증은 상이한 국부 두께와 경도를 가진 부분들이 마련될 수 있다.

Description

커버재로를 형체짓는 방법(METHOD FOR SHAPNG COVER MATERIALS)
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 자동차 카핏 용으로서 예증된, 희망 3차원 형상에 성형게 되는 커버재료의 그림;
제2도는 자동차시트용 커버구조로서 예증된 성형 커버재료의 또 다른 예의 개략 횡단면도;
제3도는 본 발명의 기본 개념을 묘사하고 발포가능 반응 혼합물의 연속 발포와 경화의 단계 등을 보이는 그래프;
제4도는 본 발명의 방법의 첫번째 단계를 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물을 마련함에 의하여 실행하는 횡단면도이며 혼합물을 부어 실행하는 것을 보이는 그림;
제4a도는 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물을 분무에 의해 마련하는 대체 방법의 그림;
제4도는 혼합물 인접에 커버재료 마련하는 두번째의 단계를 보이는 그림

Claims (11)

  1. 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법으로서, 유연성 시트와 같은 커버재료와 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물을 마련하여 그 혼합물을 가스 발생 반응이 거품을 일으키기 시작하여 커버재료 인접에 팽창하여 거품 층을 마련하는 때 점성 액체로 변화하게 하고; 거품 층이 그의 팽창을 사실상 완료한 후 그리고 아직 그의 점성의 상태에 있는 동안 고랑이나 두둑을 만든 압형에서 커버재료와 거품 층을 압축하여 커버재료를 성형하고 되고; 상기 거품 층을 성형의 커버재료와 함께 압형 내에 있는 동안 사실상 경화하여 고화 상태에 변화하게 하며; 또 그런 다음, 형체지은 커버를 협동적으로 마련하는 형지은 커버재료와 경화 거품층을 압형으로부터 제거하는 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물이 압형 바깥쪽 필름 상에 마련되엉 즉시 팽창하여 거품 층을 마련하기 시작하여, 상기 유연성 커버재로를 사어기 릴름 사으이 거품 층과 결합하고, 상기 거품 층을 상기 커버재료를 통해 조정하여 사실상 균일한 두께를 가지게 하며, 그 다음 그 결합된 커버재료와 거품 층을 압형 내에서 압축하기 위해 압형에 장치하는 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유연성 커버재로가 직물, 편물, 부직포, 천공 시트, 비닐, 및 가죽으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어스 발포가능 액체 반응혼합물이 압형의 하측 반쪽 압형 상에 직접 마련되어 즉시 팽창하여 거품을 마련하기 시작하며, 커버재료가 그때 압형내에서의 압축을 위해 그 거품 층과 결합되는, 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물의 마련에 앞서, 필름이 상기 하측 반쪽 압형 위로 위치시켜지는, 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법
  6. 제2항 또는 제5항의 어느 일항에 있어서, 상기 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물을 분배기에 의해 상기 필름상에 붓는, 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법.
  7. 제2항 또는 제5항의 어느 일항에 있어서, 상기 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물을 상기 필름 상에 분무하는 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법.
  8. 제2항 또는 제5항의 어느 일항에 있어서, 간격재(spacer members)가 상기 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물이 위에 마련되는 필름을 지지하는 면 주위에 배치되고, 상기 커버재료가 상기 간격재 상에 장치되어 필름과 커버재료 사이에 간격을 형성하게 되며 상기 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물이 그 안에 마련되어 사실상 균일한 두께의 커버재료와 필름의 합성물을 형성하게 되고 아울러 그들 사이의 거품층을 팽창시키벼, 다음 합성물이 압형에 옮겨져 압형에 의해 압축되는, 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법
  9. 제2항 또는 제4항의 어느 일항에 있어서, 상기 발포가능 액체 반응 혼합물이, 발포 반응 과정에서 열을 발생하며 경화와 고화 전에 점성의 상태에 있는 폴리우레탄 조성물 및 폴리우레아 조성물로 이루어지는 군으로 부터 선택되는 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 압축이 상호 간에 다양한 간격을 가진 상측과 하측의 반쪽 압형의 고랑이나 두둑을 만든 면들 사이에 행해짐으로써, 상이한 두께와 밀도를 가진 거품 층이 있는 커버를 형성하게 되는, 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 압축이 외부의 열을 적용하지 않고 행해지는 3차원의 커버를 만드는 방법
