Abstract
본 발명은 그것의 외부면에 있는 구리 얇은 박판드로 플라스틱 얇은 박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프린트된 회로를 위한 공정이며, 상기의 얇은박판들은 하나의 면에서 다른 하나의 면으로 통과해 가는 연속적인 밴드(30)으로부터 얻어지며, 하나가 위에 올려져 있는 다양한 패키지들이 서로간에 반대방향으로 놓이도록 만들어진 밴드(32)들에 의해서 상기의 상태가 이루어지며, 충분한 압력이 냉각프레스(60)가해지며, 다양한 부품들 사이에서의 밀접한 결합 그리고 그렇게 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 형성하는 것에 의해서 패캐기 위에 압력이 가해질 때, 전기 발전기(72)위에 그것의 두단부가 연결되는 밴드가 마침 전기 저항의 셋트처럼 작동한다.

Claims (8)
- 금속 얇은박판들이 바닥 부분으로부터 시작하는 판재들(25)의 첫 번째 그룹(22)의 하부면에 놓여진 연속적인 금속밴드(30, 95)로부터 금속의 얇은박판들이 얻어지며 그후에 밴드(32)를 180도로 만들 때, 상기 그룹(22)의 상부면위에 금속 얇은박판들이 놓이며 그리고 금속판재(41)가 놓여지고, 첫 번째 밴드와는 180도 반대 방향으로 그 밴드가 두 번째 밴드를 만든후에 상기의 밴드는 판재들의 두 번재 그룹(23)의 하부면에 놓이며, 그 후에 세 번째 밴드를 두 번째 밴드와는 180도 반대 방향으로 만든후에 상기의 밴드는 판재들(25)의 이 두 번째 그룹(23)의 상부면에 놓이며 그리고 이러한 과정은 판재들(25)의 마지막 그룹(24)에 도달 될 때까지 계속되며, 밴드(95)의 두단부(36,37-96,97)는 충분한 동력의 전기 발전기(72,91)에 연결되며, 그 결과 패쇄된 발전기(71,91)의 전기 회로와 그리고 패캐지들(21,18)의 파일(pile) (20,80)위에 충분한 압력을 발생시키는 것에 의해서 패캐지들(21,18)의 면들과 대칭되는 밴드(30,95)의 다양한 길이(length) (31,33,35)들은 플라스틱 얇은박판제품의 형성과 그리고 다양한 부분들 사이에서의 밀접한 관련을 만드는 마치 전기 저항처럼 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하나나 또는 두면위에 있는 금속 얇은박판들과 그리고 플라스틱 물질로 설치된 지지하는 판재들(25)으 그룹들 각각을 구성하는 패캐지(21,18)들의 파일(pile) (20,80)을 형성함에 의해서 금속의 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프리트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 따른 공정에 있어서; 패캐지들(21)의 파일(pile)(20)위에 있는 압력은 상기의 파일(20)을 냉각 프레스(60)로 삽입 시킴으로서 얻을수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프리트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 따른 공정에 있어서; 패캐지의 파일(pile)(80)에 가해지는 압력은 상기의 파일(80)을 아우토클라브(autoclav)내에다 놓음에 의해서 결정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속의 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프리트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 따른 공정에 있어서; 패캐지(21)의 각각의 파일(pile) (20)이 처음에는 그것의 상단부(51)와 함께 거품집(die) (50)의 내부로 놓여지고 지지와 안내를 위하여 하부(52) 플레이트(plate)들은 핀(53,54)에 의해서 연결되며, 상기의 거푸집(die)(50) 위에다 공정에 있어서 필요로 되는 압력을 가하는 것이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프리트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 제1항에 따른 공정에 있어서; 거푸집(die)에 (50)가해지는 압력이 거푸집(die)를 냉각 프레스(press) (60)에 놓음으로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프리트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 1항에 따른 공정에 있어서; 거푸집(die)에 (50)가해지는 압력이 거푸집(die)를 아우토클라브(autoclav)에 놓음으로서 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프리트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 1항에 따른 공정에 있어서, 밴드(30)가 구리로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한, 특히 프린트된 회로를 위한 공정.
- 1항에 따른 공정에 있어서; 패캐지의 파일(pile)(80)에 가해지는 압력은 상기의 파일(80)을 autociav내에다 놓음에 의해서 결정되며, 파일(pile) 패캐지(80)는 상기의 파일(pile)을 아우토클라브(autoclav)의 바닥에 고정된 플레이트(plate) (83)와 그리고 리드(lid) (91)의 내부에 고정되는 플레이트(87)사이에서 압축되도록 끼워지며, 상기의 플레이드(plate) (83,87)위에는 패캐지의 파일(pile)접촉시키는 위치에서 그리고 패캐지의파일(80)이 형성되어 있는 뱀양의 금속 밴드(95)의 단부들(96,97)과 접촉하는 위치에서 전도하는 얇은박판들(84,88)이 있으며, 상기의 얇은박판들(84,88)은 전기 발전기와 연결되며, 플레이트(plate) (87)는 전기장치(85)에 의해서 리드(lid) (91)의 내부에 보존되며(held) 그 결과 리드(91)을 폐쇄함에 의해서 폐쇄는 발전기(94)와 그리고 금속 밴드(95) 사이에 있는 회로를 작동적으로 안전하게 해주며, 그래서 아상에서 공정이 이미설명되었던 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 얇은박판들로 플라스틱 얇은박판제품을 생산하기 위한 특히 프린트된 회로를 위한 공정.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
