Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent spring back phenomenon, simplify processes and reduce cost by pressing hard aluminum foils into bent blade form and fixing the formed shape by heating under specified condition. CONSTITUTION:Plural relatively long hard aluminum foils or aluminum alloys 1 0.02-0.2mm. thick are laminated. Press forming is made next using forming dies 2A, 2B having specified shape. Under a state of press formed, the aluminum foil plate is heated with forming dies 2A, 2B at 150-230 deg.C for 3sec-5min. By this way, many bent blade-shaped materials can be produced at one time without causing spring back phenomenon.
