Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A brake plate body 11, on both sides of which a friction material part is molded, is made by binding a pair of even-thickness sheet metallic bodies 25, 26, which are able to be pressworked, i.g. S55C 1.6mm of big mechanical strength and moreover of which toothed parts 25a, 26a, which are related with a gear on the rotary shaft by welding or adhesion, and the like and the total thickness is made equal to the thickness of the brake plate body. Consequently, compared with the fact that a normal brake plate body requires a gear cutting process instead of pressing process, the processing payability of the brake plate body can be improved.
