Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve protection of edge surface and appearance of lapped section by using back seal process which is to be done in such a manner as to preheat and press both ends of a laminatetube to allow thermal plastic resin to flow out and then to heat and press the both ends. CONSTITUTION:A laminatesheet 1 is composed of thermal plastic resin a, c, e, a paper layer b and an aluminum foil layer d. Prior to conducting back seal processby coiling this sheet 1 on a mandrel, both ends of this sheet 1 are heated and pressed by an electrode 4 of a high frequency induction heating device, etc., to allow thermal plastic resin to flow out. And then, both ends of the sheet 1 coiled on the mandrel are lapped, and the lapped section 5 is again provided with the back seal processing by being heated and pressed to completely cover ends of other layers, such as the paper layer b and the aluminum foil layer, etc., and join them so that its thickness becomes equivallent to thickness of a sheet 1.
