Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a mechanical property and increase an economical efficiency as improvement of working effectiveness or reduction of material cost or the like by doubly winding together mica glass cloth and prepreg glasscloth. CONSTITUTION:A mica sheet 16 coated on the surface of glasscloth base material 15 or immersed into the surface thereof to be pasted by using synthetic resin and a prepreg stated mica glasscloth 17 constituted in a condition that the synthetic resin is positioned at B stage has been wound around a first material roll beforehand. The synthetic resin is coated or immersed only to glasscloth base material 18 and a prepreg glasscloth 19 constituted in a condition that the synthetic resin is positioned at the B stage has been wound around a second material roll beforehand. The mica-glasscloth 17 and prepreg glasscloth 19 on the material rolls (first and second) are superimposed one upon another by a break roller 6. Further, the superimposed structure is wound around the outer circumference of mandrel 9 on a shaping roller 8 until it gets a predetermined thickness while providing a heating and pressing for them to form an insulation cylinder 20. Subsequently, a heating and drying are provided to harden the resin completely.
