Abstract

단사섬도가 0.8d미만의 극세섬유로 구성되며, 또 인장강도 6.5g/d이상 및 파단신도 15%이상을 보유하는 고강도 멀티필라멘트로 구성된 고가도극세섬유구조물이다.
해도형 복합방사에 의해 복합섬유사가 제조되며, 섬유구조물로 한 후,극세섬유화를 실시할 수 있다.
고강도의 극세섬유로 구성되며 또 높은 커버팩트 ()를 얻을 수 있기 때문에, 극세섬유를 사용함으로써 우수한 효과를 충분히 발휘할 수 있다. 또 목적에 따라서 자체투과성을 낮게 할 수 있다. 따라서 우수한 기계적 특성과 아울러 우수한 유연성도 보유하는 섬유구조물이 얻어지며, 또 보풀이나 실끊어짐이 적은 고품질의 섬유구조물로 할 수 있다. 특히 섬유구조물이 포백인 경우, 우수한 기계적 특성, 우수한 유연성, 절첩성 및 낮은 공기 투과성을 보유할 수 있다.

Claims (22)

  1. 단사섬도가 0.8d미만의 극세섬유로 구성되며, 또 인장강도 6.5g/d이상 및 파단신도 15%이상을 보유하는 고강도 멀티필라멘트로 구성된 고감도 극세섬유구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고강도 멀티필라멘트가 폴리에스테르섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르섬유가 고유점도(Ⅳ)가 0.8이상의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유의 결정체적치(Ⅴ)가 8×1043이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유의 자오선방향의 장주가(Dm) 120Å이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유의 결정배향도(Fc)가 0.90이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트섬유의 비정배향도(fb)가 0.975이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 고강도멀티필라멘트섬유가, 98%황산상대점도(ηrm)가 3.0이상의 폴리아미드섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 고강도멀티필라멘트섬유의 단사섬도가 0.1d이상 0.8d미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 고강도멀티필라멘트를 구성하는 극세섬유의 전부가, 실질적으로 동일한 폴리머조성으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 고강도멀티필라멘트가 해도형 복합섬유의 탈해처리에 의해 제조된 극세필라멘트사인 것을 특징으로하는 고강도극세섬유조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 섬유구조물이 포백인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 포백이 총섬도100∼1000d의 멀티필라멘트로 구성되는 직편물인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 포백의 인장강도가 100㎏f/3㎝이상 도 칸티레버법에 의한 유연성평가가 60㎜이하인 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 포백의 총섬도가180∼450d의 멀티필라멘트로 구성되는 에어백용 기판포인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 극세섬유구조물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 포백의 커버팩터K가 1900이상이며 또 표면에 수지코오팅층이 존재하지 않는 에어백용 기판포인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
    (여기서 포백의 커버팩터K는 다음에 의해 산출된 값이다)
    K=NW×DW 1/2+NF×DF 1/2
    (단, NW: 경사밀도(가닥/인치), DW: 경사섬도(데니르), NF: 위치밀도(가닥/인치), DF: 위사섬도(데니르)이다)
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 1.47㎝의 물기둥의 압력강하시에 있어서의 기체투과량이 5.0cc/sec/㎠이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물.
  18. 도성분용 폴리머 및 해성분용 폴리머를 동시에 구금의 단공에서 용융복함 토출함으로써 얻어진, 단면이 해도형의 단사섬도 3.0d이상의 복합섬유사를, 필라멘트수120 이하의 실질적으로 무연(無燃), 무호(無糊)의 실의 상태에서 제편식(製編識)한 후, 해성분의 폴리머를 제거하여 단사섬도가 0.8d미만, 인장당도가 6.5g/d이상 또 파단신도가 15%이상을 보유하는 고강도멀티필라멘트로 구성되는 고강도극세섬유구조물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물의 제법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 용융방사에 제공되는 도성분용 폴리머로서, 고유점도(Ⅳ)1.0이상의 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 98%황산상대점도(ηrn)가 3.0이상의 폴리아미드에서 선택된 고점도 폴리머를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물의 제법.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 구금바로 아래에 200∼350℃의 온도분위기를 설치하여 냉각 방사하고, 냉각, 급유(給油)한 후에 3.0배 이상으로 연신하는 제사방식에 의해, 해도형 복합섬유를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물의 제법.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 도성분용 폴리머가 1종류인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도극세섬유구조물의 제법.
  22. 단면이 해도형 복합이며 또 인장강도가 7.0g/d이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 복합섬유.
