Abstract
일반적으로 강으로 만들어지고 엘라스토머 복합부재를 만들기위해 사용되는 선재를 전해조에서 전착공정을 거치게히야 평균 코발트 함량이 1% 미만인 아연/코발트 합금으로 피복시킨다. 상기의 아연/코발트 합금으로 이루어지는 상기 피막의 두께 방향에서는, 두개의 상이한 코발트 농도가 존재한다. 즉, 상기 금속 가까이에 있는 면에 존재하는 2% 내지 3% 농도와 오우버레인면에 존재하는 최대 0.5% 미만인 농도가 바로 그것이다. 예를 들어 네오데카네이트로 이루어지는 상기 엘라스토머 재료에 가해지는 부착촉진제는 상기 엘라스토머 재료가 상기 선재에 부착하는 것을 촉진한다.

Claims (23)
- 표면 피막은 코발트 함량이 1% 미만인 아연/코발트 합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는, 에라스토머 재료의 강화 복합부재에 사용하기에 적합하고 그리고 금속합금의 표면 피막층을 구비한, 표면-처리된 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층은 상기 합금을 상기 나선의 표면에 전착함으로써 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층의 코발트 함량은 0.5% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층은 0.1㎛와 0.6㎛ 사이의 두께을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층내에서 상기 코발트는 두개의 상이한 농도수준, 상기 나선과 직접 접촉하고있는 원심방향의 내면에서의 2%와 3% 사이의 제1수준과 제1면을 오우버레이하는 원심방향의 외면에서의 0.5% 미만인 제2수준으로 불균등하게 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 제5항에 있어서, 2%와 3% 사이의 코발트 농도구배를 갖는 원심방향의 내면의 두께는 0.1㎚ 내지 0.4㎚범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강은 0.6%와 0.9% 사이의 탄소함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 강선은 직경이 0.10mm내지 0.50mm의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 강선.
- 하기단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 특히 에라스토머 재료의 복합 부재에 사용하기 위해 제작된, 표면 처리된 선재를 제조하는 방법: 선재를 황산 코발트와 황산 아연을 포함하는 전해조에 담가, 상기의 처리된 선재의 외부 표면에 코발트 함량이 1% 미만인 아연/코발트 합금을 퇴적시키는 단계.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전해조는 황산 아연 헵타하이드래아트를 600과 630 g/ℓ의 양으로, 황산코발트 헵타하이드레이트를 100과 110 g/ℓ의 양으로, 황산코발트헵타하이드레이트를 70과 80 g/ℓ의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전해조는 25℃ 내지 35℃의 범위내의 온도로 유지되고, 15내지 25분m/분의 속도로 상기 선재가 통과하고, 따라서 상기 전해조내에서 상기 선재의 체류시간은 15내지 15초인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전해조는 50℃내지 60℃의 범위내의 온도로 유지되고, 40내지 60분m/분의 속도로 상기 선재가 통과하고, 따라서 상기 전해조내에서 상기 선재의 체류기간은 2내지 6초인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 전해조는 55℃에서의 1.5와 2.5 사이의 pH값을 갖고, 이 pH값은 황산첨가에 의해 조정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 이동되는 상기 선재의 30과 40A/d㎡ 사이의 밀도를 갖는 음극전류가 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 65와 85A/d㎡ 사이의 밀도를 갖는 음극전류가 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전해조에서 담그는 단계 후에 상기 선재에 존재하는 피막층의 두께는 1㎛와 6㎛사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 아연/코발트 합금으로 된 피막층을 갖춘 상기 선재에 수행되는 적어도 하나의 인발단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 인발전의 상기 선재의 직경은 1.2mm와 1.6mm 사이의 값을 갖고, 인발후에는, 0.10과 0.50mm 사이의 값을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 부착촉진제는 코발트 네오데카네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합부재.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 피막측내에서 상기 코발트는 두개의 상이한 농도수준, 상기 나선과 직접 접촉하고 있는 원심방향의 내면에서의 2%와 3% 사이의 제1수준과, 제1면을 오우버레이하는 원심방향의 외면에서의 0.5% 미만인 제2수준으로 불균등하게 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합부재.
