Claims (9)

  1. 하나이상의 금속 산화물과 콜로이드 유기 입자 및 선택적으로 유기 작용성 실란 화합물로 피복된 기질을 700℃이상의 온도에서 산소를 제거한 조건하에서 열분해시킴으로써 얻을 수 있는 탄소-함유 안료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,상기 기질이 소판형임을 특징으로 하는 탄소-함유 안료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,상기 소판형 기질이 마이카 소판,우리,Sio2또는 합성 세라믹 플레이크(flake),또는 하나이상의 금속 산화물로 피복된 마이카 소판임을 특징으로 하는 탄소-함유 안료.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,콜로이드성 유기물 입자가 전분,셀룰로즈,젤라틴 또는 이들의 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 탄소-함유 안료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,유기작용성 실란 화합물이 하기 일반식의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 탄소-함유 안료:
    Y-(CH2)n-SiX3
    상기식에서, Y는
    HS-,CI-, 또는이고;X는 OCH3, OC2H5, OR, C1, 또는 -OCOCH3이고;R은 C1-6알킬이고;n은 0 내지 3이다.
  6. 수성 기질 현탁액을 제조하는 산 또는 염기를 첨가하여 기질의 pH를 금속 염이 가수분해되는 범위내로 유지하면서 기질을 하나이상의 가수분해가능한 금속 염 용액 및 수성 유기 콜로이드 용액과 동시에 별도로 혼합시키고,이러한 방법으로 피복된 기질을 선택적으로 유기작용성 실란 화합물 및/또는 수성 유기 콜로이드 용액에 첨가하고,이미 생성된 기질을 분리,세척,건조, 및 700℃이상의 온도에서 산소를 제거한 조건하에서 소성시킴을 특징으로 하는,제1항에 따른 탄소-함유 안료를 제조하기 위한 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,상기 금속 염이 티탄 염 및 세륨(Ⅲ)염임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 페인트,피복물,프린트 잉크,플라스틱 및 화장물과 같은 제제중의 탄소-함유 안료의 용도.
  9. 제1항에 따른 탄소-함유 안료를 포함하는 제제.
