Abstract
신규의 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정은 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 용액으로 부터 말토테트라오실 글루코시드를 결정화하여 제조하거나, 말토펜타오스 수용액에 비환원성 당질 생성 효소를 작용시키거나 혹은 트레할로오스 또는 비환원성의 당질을 함유하는 수용액에 시클로말토덱스트린 글루카노스퍼라아제를 작용시켜 제조한다.
이 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정은 비흡습성, 비환원성, 우수한 용해성, 난발효성 및 올리고 펩티트류와 생물학적 활성 물질의 안정화 작용과 전분 물질의 변성 방지 작용을 가지고 있으므로, 음식물, 화장품, 의약품 및 성형체 등의 각종 조성물에 극히 유용하다.

Claims (21)
- 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 함수 결정, 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 무수 결정 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분말 X선 회절 분석에서의 주회절각(2θ)이 12.6°, 21.3°, 22.1° 및 22.8° 또는 12.7°, 13.7°, 18.8°인 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정.
- (가) 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 용액으로 부터 말토테트라오실 글루코시드를 결정화하고, (나) 석출된 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 말토테트라오실 글루코시드는 말토펜타오스 수용액에 비환원성 당질 생성 효소를 작용시키거나 또는 트레할로오스와 전분 물질 함유 수용액 혹은 비환원성 당질 함유 수용액에 시클로말토텍스트린 글루카노트란스퍼라아제를 작용시켜 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 말토펜타오스 수용액은 α-아밀라아제 또는 α-아밀라아제와 전분 지절 효소와의 혼합물을 전분 물질에 작용시켜 제조되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비환원성 당질 생성 효소는 환원성의 전분 부분 가수 분해물로 부터 비환원성 당질 생성능이 있는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 비환원성 당질은 말단 단위로서 트레할로오스 구조를 가진 것인 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 비환원성 당질은 말단 단위로서 트레할로오스 구조를 가진 것인 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 환원성의 전분 부분 가수분해물은 글루코오스 중합도가 3이상인 제조 방법.
- (가) 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 함유 수용액을 알칼리 처리하고, (나) 수득한 용액을 크로마토그래피 처리하여 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 고함유 획분을 얻어, (다) 이 획분을 농축하고 결정화하여, (라) 석출된 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 수용액은 말토펜타오스 수용액에 비환원성 당질 생성 효소를 작용시키거나 또는 트레할로오스와 전분물질 함유 수용액 혹은 비환원성 당질 함유 수용액에 시클로말토텍스크린 글루카노트란스피라아제를 작용시켜 제조되는 것을 특징을 하는 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 말토펜타오스 수용액은 α-아밀라아제 또는 α-아밀라아제와 전분 지절 효소와의 혼합물을 전분 물질에 작용시켜 제조되는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 비환원성 당질 효소는 환원성의 전분 부분 가수 분해물로 부터 비환원성 당질 생성능이 있는 것인 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 비환원성 당질은 말단 단위로서 트레할로오스 구조를 가진 것인 제조 방법.
- 제1항의 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 말토테트라오실 글루코시드 결정을 건조 고형분 기준으로 0.1w/w%이상의 양으로 함유하는 조성물.
