Abstract
본 발명은 폴리카보네이트로부터의 반복 단위, 디에틸렌 글리콜계 폴리에스테르로부터의 반복 단위 및 테트라메틸렌 글리콘계 폴리에스테르로부터의 반복 단위의 연질 세그먼트 성분과 방향족 디이소시아네이트와 에틸렌 글리콘의 경질 세그먼트 성분을 포함하는 폴리우레탄을 습윤 응고시켜 수득한 다공성 시트에 관한 것이다. 폴리우레탄을 습윤 응고성과 같은 가공성이 탁월하고 수득한 다공성 시트는 내구성과 유연성, 특히 저온에서의 유연성이 우수하며 가죽과 유사한 시트로 사용하기 적합하다.

Claims (7)
- 동일하거나 상이한 연질 세그먼트 내에 일반식(I)의 반복 단위, 일반식(II)의 반복 단위 및 일반식(III)의 반복 단위[여기서, 일반식(I)의 반복 단위, 일반식 (II)의 반복 단위 및 일반식(III)의 반복 단위의 총수에 대한 이들 각각의 비는 각각 0.1 내지 0.8, 0.05 내지 0.7 및 0.05 내지 0.8이다]를 함유하는 연질 세그먼트와 방향족 디이소시아네이트 성분과 에틸렌 글리콜 또는 1, 4-부탄디올 성분을 갖는 경질 세그먼트 성분을 포함하는 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 다공성 시트.-O-R1-O-CO-O- (I)-O-R2-O-CO-R3-CO- (II)-(O-CH2CHR5)2-O-CO-R4-CO- (III)상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 5 내지 6의 탄화수소 그룹이고, R2는 테트라메틸렌 그룹이며, R3과 R4는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 각각 탄소수 4 내지 8의 알킬렌 그룹이고, R5는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 헥사메틸렌 그룹이고, R3및 R4가 각각 테트라메틸렌 그룹인 다공성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I), (II) 및 (III)의 반복 단위가 동일한 연질 세그먼트 내에 존재하는 다공성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 디이소시아네이트 성분이 디페닐메탄-4, 4'-디이소시아네이트인 다공성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 일반식(IV) 및 (V)의 반복 단위를 추가로 포함하는 다공성 시트.-O-R2-O-CO-O- (IV)-(O-CH2CHR5)2-O-CO-O- (V)상기식에서, R2및 R5는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 동일하거나 상이한 연질 세그먼트 내에 일반식 (I)의 반복 단위, 일반식(II)의 반복 단위 및 일반식(III)의 반복단위[여기서, 일반식(I)의 반복 단위, 일반식(II)의 반복 단위와 일반식(III)의 반복단위의 총 수에 대한 이들 각각의 비는 각각 0.1 내지 0.8, 0.05 내지 0.7 및 0.05 내지 0.8이다]를 함유하는 연질 세그먼트와 방향족 디이소시아네이트 성분 및 이텔렌글리콜 또는 1, 4-부탄디올 성분을 갖는 경질 세그먼트 성분을 포함하는 폴리우레탄의 용액을지지 표면 위에 도포하는 단계, 용액을 습윤 응고시켜 다공성 시트를 수득하는 단계 및지지 표면으로부터 다공성 시트를 박리시키는 단계를 포함하여 다공성 시트를 제조하는 방법.-O-R1-O-CO-O- (I)-O-R2-O-CO-R3-CO- (II)-(O-CH2CHR5)2-O-CO-R4-CO- (III)상기식에서, R1은 탄소수 5 내지 6의 탄화수소 그룹이고, R2는 테트라메틸렌 그룹이며, R3과 R4는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, 각각 탄소수 4 내지 8의 알킬렌 그룹이고, R5는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이다.
