Abstract
부직포를 탄성 중합체에 침적시키고, 그 후 침적된 중합체를 응집시킴으로 수득되며, 이때 부직포는 (a) 방향족 폴리에스테르 섬유(섬유 A) 및 (b) 폴리올레핀 또는 지방족 폴리아미드 섬유(섬유 B)의 혼합물인, 유연도, 내마모성, 장력 강도, 인장 강도 등의 성질의 조화가 우수한 인조 피혁용 재료로 적합하게 사용되는 미다공 시트로, 섬유(A)가 탄성 중합체에 결합된 상태로 둘러싸인 부분과 섬유(B)가 결합되지 않은 상태로 탄성 중합체에 둘러싸인 부분이 분산되어 있는 미다공성 시트.

Claims (10)
- 부직포를 탄성 중합체 용액에 침적시키고, 그런 후 중합체를 응집시킴으로 수득되는 미다공성 시트에 있어서, (1) 부직포는 (a) 방향족 폴리에스테르 섬유(섬유 A) 및 (b) 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리아미드 섬유(섬유 B)의 혼합물이며, (2) 미다공성 시트는 섬유 A가 결합된 상태로 탄성 중합체에 둘러싸인 부분, 및 섬유 B가 비결합된 상태로 탄성 중합체에 둘러싸인 부분이 분산되어 있으며, 0.5∼6.0의 유연도 및 1,500∼8,000의 내마모성을 갖는 미다공성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직포에서의 섬유 A 및 섬유 B의 중량비는 70:30∼5:95인 미다공성 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직포가 섬유 A로 형성된 웹 및 섬유 B로 형성된 웹을 적층하고, 그런 후 적층제를 인터트윈 처리함으로 수득되는 미다공성 시트.
- 제1항의 미다공성 시트 및 그 시트의 한면 이상에 형성된 탄성 중합체 층으로 이루어지는 인조 피혁용 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄성 중합체 층이 20∼500㎛의 두께를 갖는 인조 피혁용 재료.
- 부직포를 유기 극성 용매에 탄성 중합체가 용해된 침적시키고, 그 후 주로 물로 이루어진 응집조에서 침적 용액의 중합체를 응집시킴으로 미다공성 시트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 부직포는 폴리에스테르 섬유(섬유 A) 및 폴리올레핀 또는 나일론 섬유(섬유 B)의 혼합물이고, 유기 극성 용액은 탄성 중합체 100중량부(고형 함량) 당 소수성기로서 실리콘 세그먼트를 갖는 0.1∼10중량부의 수 분산성 또는 수용성 계면 활성제를 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 10∼90중량%의 양으로 실리콘 세그먼트를 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 기본적으로 폴리알킬렌 산화물 세그먼트 및 실리콘 세그먼트로 이루어지는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 계면 활성제가 10:90∼90:10의 중량비로 폴리아킬렌 산화물 세그먼트 및 실리콘 세그먼트를 함유하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 부직포에서의 섬유 A 및 섬유 B의 중량비가 70:30∼5:95인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
