Claims (3)

  1. (a)동일하거나 상이한 예비형성된 폴리에스테르디올, 또는 폴리에스테르 디올과 폴리에테르 디올로부터 블럭형으로 합성되며, 분자량이 3,300내지 7,000. 바람직하게는 3,500내지 6,500보다 바람직하게는 3,500내지 6,000이고 융점이 50℃이하, 바람직하게는 45℃이하이며, 평균 1내지 4개의 카보네이트 그룹에 의해 결합된 거대 디올과 (b)유기 디이소시아네이트, 바람직하게는 방향족 대칭 디이소시아네이트, 보다 바람직하게는 4.4'-디페닐 메탄 디이소시아네이트를. (c)유기 불활성 용매. 바람직하게는 디메틸 포름 아미드 및 디메틸 아세트아미드 중에서. (d)OH/NCO반응용 촉매 0 내지 0.15중량%(거대디올(a)기준). 바람직하게는 0.002 내지 0.15중량%. 보다 바람직하게는 유기주석 촉매 0.005 내지 0.10중량%하에 반응시켜 NCO예비중합체를 수득[여기서, NCO예비중합체 고체중의 NCO함량이 2.10 내지 4%NCO(고체 기준)및 바람직하게는 2.15 내지 3.5%NCO가 되도록 OH/NCO비율을 1:2.10 내지 1:4.5. 바람직하게는 1:2.15 내지 1:4.0. 보다 바람직하게는 1:2.5 내지 1:3.5로 한다]한 후. (c)생성된 NCO예비중합체를 고극성 용매중에서, 임의로는 쇄-종결제 존재하에. 주성분 (사이클로)지방족 디아민. 바람직하게는 에틸렌디아민과 반응시켜 점성의 폴리우레탄(우레아) 탄성중합체 방사용액을 형성한 다음. 방사, 바람직하게는 건식방사시킴을 특징으로 하여 거대 디올을 용매 중에서 과량의디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 NCO예비중합체를 형성하고 생성된 NCO 예비중합체를 고극성 용매중에서 디아민과 반응시켜 쇄-연장시키며, 생성된 용액을, 임의로는 통상적인 첨가제와 함께 방사시킴으로써, 열적 및 열수 특성이 양호한 고탄성 엘라스탄 필라멘트를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카보네이트-결합된 블럭형 거대디올(a)가 하기 일반식 W내지 Z에 상응하는 블럭 구조를 갖는 방법.
    상기식에서, A1, A2및 A3는 디카복실산과 분자량이 800 내지 3,500. 바람직하게는 1,000내지 3,330인 저분자량 디올의 예비형성된 폴리에스테르디올의 잔기이며, A1=A2=A3, A1=A2≠A3및 A1=A3≠A2이며, B는 분자량이 800 내지 3,000인, 폴리옥시라메틸렌 디올을 기본으로 한 폴리에테르 디올 또는 이의 코폴리에테르의 잔기이고, x는 1,2,3 또는 4이나, 거대디올(a)에 평균적으로 4개이하, 바람직하게는 3개미만의 카보네이트 그룹이 존재하도록 선택한다.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 따른 방법을 사용하여 바람직하게는 건식 방사에 이해 수득된, 개선된 탄성 및 우수한 열적 및 열수 특성을 갖는 엘라스탄 필라멘트.
