Claims (10)
- 수평균분자량이 1.000내지 3.500이고 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반복단위를 포함하며 다음 관계식 (1) 및 (2)를 만족시키는 폴리에스테르 디올인 고분자 중합체 디올(A), 유기 디이소시아네이트(B) 및 쇄 연장제를 공중합시켜 수득한 폴리우레탄〔여기서, (B)/(A)의 몰비는 1.5내지 4.5이다〕으로부터 제조되고 다음 조건 (ⅰ)(ⅱ) 및 (ⅲ)을 만족시키는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.(상기식에서, R1은 50몰%의 이상이인 2가 유기그룹이고, n은 4내지 10의 정수이다)6(탄소원자의 총 수/에스테르 결합의 수)9 (1) (1)0.03(메탄 그룹의 수/탄소원자의 총 수)0.1 (2) (2)(여기서, 탄소원자의 총 수는 에스테르 결합에 함유된 탄소원자수를 제외한 고분자 중합체 디올중의 탄소원자 수이다)강도 보유율(5)에 의한 내열수성60 (Ⅰ)순간 탄성 회복율의 비0.8 (Ⅱ)(여기서, 순간 탄성 회복율이 비란 20℃에서 200%신장시킨 때의 순간 탄성 회복율에 대한 -10℃에서 200%신장시킬 때의 순간 탄성 회복율의 비이다)신장율(%)350 (Ⅲ)
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 알로판산염 결합을 0.005내지 0.05㎜oℓ/g 함유하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 고유점도가 0.2 내지 1.6㎗/g인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식의 R1이인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식의 n이 7내지 10인 정수인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄이 필수적으로 (a) 말단 하이드록실 그룹으로부터 수소원자가 2개 제거된 고분자중합체 디올로부터 유도된2가 그룹, (b)일반식(여기서, R²는 2가 유기 그룹이다)의 유기 디이소시아네이트로부터 유도된 그룹 및 (C) 이소시아네이트와 반응할수 있는 2개의 수소원자가 제거된 쇄 연장제도의 그룹의 반복단위로 구성되며 이때 (b)/〔(a)+(b)〕의 몰비가 0.9내지 1.2인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서,〔(b)/(a)+(b)〕의 몰비가 1.02내지 1.15인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서, 유기 디이소시아네이트로부터 유도되는 그룹(b)가인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제6항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 반응할 수 있는 2개의 수소원자가 제거된 쇄 연장제의 그룹 (C)가 -O-CH2-CH2-CH-CH2-O- 또는인 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유리 폴리실록산을 추가로 포함하는 폴리우레탄 탄성 섬유.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
