Abstract
낮은 모놀 함량을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 혼합물로부터 유도된 이소시아네이트-말단 예비중합체가 개시되어 있다. 이 예비중합체는 수분 경화 또는 아슬 연장되어 개선된 인장 강도, 인열 강도 및 높은 신장시 감소된 응력을 갖는 폴리우레탄을 생성한다. 폴리에테르 폴리올 혼합물은 약 15몰%미만의 모놀함량과 약 1.9∼약 2.4범위내의 평균 히드록실 관능성을 갖는다.

제1도 및 제2도는 디올/트리올(제1도) 또는 딘올/헥솔(제2도)계내의 디올왹 중량%의 함수로 나타낸 폴리우레탄 탄성중합체웨 인열 강도 및 인장 강도를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 그 혼합물이 3또는 그보다 많은 히드록실 말단기를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 폴리에테르 디올을 함유하고, 약 15몰% 미만의 폴리에테르 모놀 함량을 갖고, 약 1.9∼약 2.4범위 내의 평균 히드록실 관능성을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 혼합물과 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 예비중합체로, 폴리우레탄 제조에 유용한 이소시아네이트-말단 예비중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 폴리올 혼합물이 폴리에테르 디올 및 폴리에테르 트리올 또는 폴리에테르 헥솔을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 히드록실 관능성에 약 1.95∼약 2.30 범위내인 조성물.
- 그 혼합물이 폴리에테르 디올과 폴리에테르 트리올을 함유하고, 약 15몰%미만의 폴리에테르 모놀 함량을 갖고, 약 1.95∼약 2.30 범위 내의 평균 히드록실 관능성을 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 혼합물과 폴리이소시아네이트의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 예비중합체로, 폴리우레탄 제조에 유용한 이소시아네이트-말단 예비중합체.
- 제1항, 제2항또는 제4항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트, 중합체 MDls 시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 나프탈렌 디이소시아네이트 및 그의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항의 예비중합체로 제조된 폴리우레탄 탄성중합체, 코우팅, 봉합제 또는 접착제.
- 사슬 연장제와 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항의 예비중합체를 반응시켜 제조된 폴리우레탄.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항의 예비중합체로 제조된 수분-경화된 폴리우레탄.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄의 인열 강도가 약 501b./in (8750N/m) 보다 큰 폴리우레탄.
- 탄성중합체가 약 1.20∼약 1.35범위 내의 200% 모듈러스 100% 모듈러스 비를 갖는, 제1항, 또는 제4항의 예비중합체로 제조된 폴리우레탄 탄성중합체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
