공지된 결정형태 A의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민과는 달리, 73℃내지 75℃의 융점을 갖고 식물보호 조성물에서 살진균 활성성분 유용한 높은 공융 순도(적어도 98 %)의 결정형태 8의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민은 결정성장 경향을 나타내지 않는다. 이러한 조성물은 고도의 저장 안정성을 갖고 또 양호한 현탁성과 분사성을 보유한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 73℃이상, 바람직하게는 73℃내지 75℃의 융점을 갖고 3200내지 3300cm-1에서 특징적인 NH 밴드를 갖는 IR스펙트럼과 하기 데이타를 갖는 X-선 분말 다이아그램을 갖는 높은 공융 순도(적어도 98%함량)의 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민 :

  2. 결정화가 26℃이상의 온도에서 실시되는 제1항에 따른 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민의 제조방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 결정화가 용해제 존재하에서 실시되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 용해제로서 사용되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 톨루엔, 이소프로판올 또는 메틸시클로헥산이 용해제로서 사용되는 방법.
  6. 용융-결정화에 의한 제1항에 따른 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일) 페닐 -아민의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 제조반응이 스크레이퍼 반웅기 내에서 실시되는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 형성된 결정을 냉각된 반응기 벽으로 부터 긁어내는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 반응기 벽의 온도가 40℃ 내지 60℃인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 온도가 50℃인 방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 용융-결정화에 있어서 제일 먼저 종자 결정을 함유하는 용융물이 제조되는 방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 결정화 공정을 완료하기 위해 용융물이 냉각되는 방법.
  13. 활성성분으로 73℃ 이상의 융점을 갖는 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2일)-페닐-아민 살진균 유효량과 함께 적합한 담체를 포함하는 살진균 조성물.
  14. 73℃이상의 융점을 갖는 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민과 함께 적합한 고체 또는 액체 보조제 및/또는 계면활성제를 긴밀하게 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 제13항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 적합한 분배 기구를 이용하여 73℃이상의 융점을 갖는 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민의 종자 결정을 함유하는 용융물을 냉각 표면을 통과시켜 결정화된 활성성분을 특정 용도에 적합한 제형 기구.
  16. 73℃이상의 융점을 갖는 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민의 진균 감염 방제에서의 용도.
  17. 활성성분인 73℃이상의 융점을 갖는 결정형태 B의 (4-시클로프로필-6-메틸-피리미딘-2-일)-페닐-아민을 식물, 식물의 부위 또는 식물의 재배지에 투여하는 것을 포함하는 재배 식물에서 진균 감염을 방제 또는 예방하기 위한 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 식물의 부위가 종자인 방법.
