Abstract

본 발명은 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)이 아미노메틸피리딘을 희석제의 존재하, 및 임의로 염화수소의 존재하에 -20℃ 내지 +50℃의 온도에서 니트로소화제 또는 디아조화제와 반응시킨 후, 통상적인 방법으로 후처리함을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 클로로메틸피리딘을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 수를 나타내고, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 X는 할로겐을 나타내며, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 X는 아미노 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.

  1. 일반식(Ⅱ)의 아미노메틸피리딘을 희석제의 존재하, 및 임의로 염화수소의 존재하에 -20℃ 내지 +50℃의 온도에서 니트로소화제 또는 디아조화제와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 클로로메틸피리딘을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, n은 0,1,2 또는 3의 수를 나타내고, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 X는 할로겐을 나타내며, 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 X는 아미노 또는 할로겐을 나타낸다.
