Abstract
본 발명은 일반식(1)로 표시되는 1, 3, 6-트리알킬헥사하이드로-1, 3, 6-트리아조신-2-온, 및 요소, 포스겐 또는 이산화탄소와 일반식(2)로 표시되는 N,N′,N″-트리알킬디에틸렌트리아민을 반응시킴을 포함하는 일반식(1)로 표시되는 1, 3, 6-트리알킬헥사하이드로-1, 3, 6-트리아조신-2-온의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
여기서, R은 C1~C8알킬기이다.

Claims (6)
- 하기 일반식(1)료 표시되는 1, 3, 6-트리알킬헥사하이드로-1, 3, 6-트리아조신-2-온:여기서, R은 C1~C8알킬기이다.
- 하기 일반식(2)로 표시되는 N,N′,N″-트리알킬디에틸렌트리아민을 요소, 포스겐(phosgene) 또는 이산화탄소와 함께 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 일반식(1)로 표시되는 1, 3, 6-트리알킬헥사하이드로-1, 3, 6-2-온의 제조방법:여기서, R은 C1~C8알킬기이다.
- 일반식(2)로 표시되는 N,N′,N″-트리알킬디에틸렌트리아민과 요소를 반응시킴을 포함하는 일반식(1)로 표시되는 1, 3, 6-트리알킬헥사하이드로-1, 3, 6-트리아조신-2-온의 제조방법:여기서, R은 C1~C8알킬기이다.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응이 1단계에서는 160℃ 이하, 2단계에서는 200℃ 이상의 온도에서 진행되는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 요소에 대한 N,N′,N″-트리알킬디에틸렌트리아민의 몰비가 1.2~1.7인 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 반응이 용매없이 진행되는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
