Abstract

본 발명은, 일반식(I)의 벤조니트릴을 일반식(II)의 벤조니트릴과 180 내지 260℃의 온도에서 반응시켜 일반식(2)의 트리아진을 제조하는 간단한 1단계 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기식에서 R1및 R2는 각각 서로에 대해 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, -C=N, C1-C18알킬 또는 C1-C18알콕시이다.
본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 화합물은 UV흡수제 또는 UV흡수제 제조를 위한 출발 물질로서의 유용성이 밝혀졌다.

Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(I)의 벤조니트릴을 일반식(II)의 니트릴과 반응시켜 일반식(2)의 화합물을 수득하는 제1반응 단계, 및 수득된 일반식(2)의 화합물을 일반식(1)의 화합물로 선택적 알킬화 반응시키는 제2반응 단계를 포함하는, 일반식(")의 트리아진을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1및 R2는 각각 서로에 대해 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, -C≡N, C1-C18알킬 또는 C1-C18알콕시이고, R3은 C1-C18알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬화제가 디알킬 알칸포스포네이트 또는 디알킬 설페이트인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬화제가 디메틸 알칸포스포네이트 또는 디메틸 설페이트인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제2단계의 반응이 180 내지 260℃의 온도 범위에서 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I) 및 (II)의 벤조니트릴의 몰비가 2:1 내지 1:10인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 각각 수소이고, R3이 C1-C18알콕시인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 단계의 반응 시간이 2 내지 24시간, 바람직하게는 5내지 12시간인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 단계의 반응이 용매없이 수행되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 제1반응 단계의 반응이 촉매를 사용하지 않고 수행되는 방법.
  10. 일반식(I)의 벤조니트릴을 일반식(II)의 벤조니트릴과 180 내지 260℃에서 반응시킴을 포함하여, 일반식 (2)의 트리아진을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서 R1및 R2는 각각 서로에 대해 독립적으로 수소, 할로겐, -C≡N, C1-C18알킬 또는 C1-C18알콕시이다.
